★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntamento alle 10:30 per fare dei riflessi rosa rame sui miei già ramati capelli. Mi convincono a fare ulteriori schiariture e ho fatto l'errore di fidarmi, dato che i parrucchieri "sono" loro. Dopo le schiariture il colore non ha attecchito e l'unica soluzione era fare un colore scuro, ben diverso da quello desiderato (schiariture inutili quindi, le cuticole del capello erano ormai talmente aperte e rovinate che l'unica soluzione era coprire). Accetto non avendo altre possibilità se non quella di rimanere con delle schiariture inguardabili... arriva dopo 7 ore di agonia il momento del taglio che ormai erano le 5 di pomeriggio. Chiedo una frangia netta, pulita e ordinata e il titolare mi fa una frangia storta, irregolare, frastagliata e cortissima. Mi sono talmente arrabbiata che sono andata via a capelli bagnati. Conto totale €125 per 8 ore buttate a sistemare un lavoro da veri incompetenti (mentre io la mia giornata lavorativa l'ho persa a causa loro).
Ho chiesto sin dall'inizio se il lavoro fosse fattibile e mi avevano risposto di si, tra l'altro altri parrucchieri mi hanno dato soluzioni molto più semplici, il che fa pensare che il loro intento era rubare soldi.
Cura del cliente zero, responsabilità sul lavoro tecnico fatto zero, qualità e risultato sotto lo zero. Mi chiedo come facciano certi "professionisti" ad essere ancora aperti... veramente vergognosi.
Meno male che i capelli ricrescono.
Appointment at 10:30 to make copper-pink reflections on my already auburn hair. They convince me to do more lightening and I made the mistake of trusting, since the hairdressers "are" them. After the lightening the color did not take root and the only solution was to make a dark color, very different from the desired one (useless lightening therefore, the cuticles of the hair were by now so open and ruined that the only solution was to cover). I accept having no other option but to remain with unwatchable lightening ... the time of the cut that was now 5 pm comes after 7 hours of agony. I ask for a clean, tidy and clean fringe and the holder gives me a crooked, irregular, jagged and very short fringe. I got so angry that I went away to wet hair. Total bill € 125 for 8 hours thrown away to fix a job as real incompetent (while I lost my working day because of them).
I asked from the beginning if the work was feasible and they answered yes, among other things other hairdressers gave me much simpler solutions, which suggests that their intent was to steal money.
Zero customer care, zero technical responsibility on work, quality and sub-zero result. I wonder how some "professionals" are still open ... really shameful.
Luckily the hair grows back.
