Probabilmente le mie unghie un po' fragili nn hanno aiutato. Allora perche' propormelo! A distanza di giorni ho ancora residui di gel sulle unghie, perché oltretutto tolto male. Il punto non è nemmeno questo. Decido di toglierlo prima del tempo, per il motivo suddetto e l"estetista (Alessia), la stessa che me lo aveva messo, per tutta la mezz'ora dell'operazione non ha parlato, era visibilmente tesa . Mi ha trasmesso energia negativa. Credo che le clienti, anche quelle più esigenti (per un lavoro x me nn eseguito benissimo ho speso alla fine 55€) vadano trattate con più cura. Cosa che ad onor del vero ho apprezzato nelle altre operatrici. Mi spiace ma non ritornero' I was not satisfied with the semi-permanent condition of my hands. After only 8 days in some places ruined. Collegato a salone parrucchieri per cui comodo per ottimizzare tempo. Consigliato Well-equipped beauty center with valid and trained staff. They are renovating premises and adding cabins, opening soon. Connected to hairdressing salon so convenient to optimize time. Recommended

Se un cliente chiede delucidazioni in merito credo sia opportuno ascoltarlo e non rispondere da maleducati. Il cliente è vitale per un'attività e va SEMPRE E COMUNQUE rispettato. Visto che i soldini per vivere arrivano proprio da lui. Comunque. Detto questo. Sicuramente da non tornarci. Sconsigliato sicuramente. I "maschietti" alla larga. Poi se le donne amano buttare i soldi nel cesso problemi loro. A MAI PIU'!!! Center complete with everything and very nice. For charity. God forbid ... But a rudeness without limits! Inappropriate and non-compliant prices. If a client asks for clarifications on the matter, I believe it is appropriate to listen to him and not to respond rude. The customer is vital to an activity and ALWAYS is respected. Since the pennies come to live just by him. Anyway. Said this. Definitely not going back there. Definitely not recommended. The "boys" stay away. Then if women love throwing money at the toilet their problems. TO NEVER AGAIN'!!!

Purtroppo la cosa peggiore è che ogni volta che vai là cercano di appiopparti qualche altro loro prodotto o servizio, ben oltre il normale marketing, e ciò risulta veramente fastidioso. Almeno, per come sono fatta io sentirmi ogni volta proporre con eccessiva insistenza ulteriori trattamenti di cui non sento il bisogno mi mette a disagio. The center is really beautiful, elegant and well-kept, and the services are good, but the prices are expensive. Unfortunately, the worst thing is that every time you go there they try to give you some other product or service, far beyond normal marketing, and this is really annoying. At least, the way I am, being too insistently offered each time further treatments that I don't feel the need makes me uncomfortable.

Ero passata per una semplice consulenza, ma ho deciso subito di affidarmi a loro per farmi rifare le sopracciglia. Francesca ha eseguito il lavoro come volevo. Bravissima, tornerò sicuramente. I was with them for the first time and I was struck by their professionalism and friendliness. I went for a simple consultation, but I immediately decided to rely on them to get my eyebrows redone.
