Piaciuto, concordiamo per il lunedì mattina l’incontro in agenzia, con documenti e caparra. Il proprietario, tronfio delle sue competenze chiama di fronte a noi l’amministratore, e ci da conferma dell’accetazione della proposta, precisando che tutti gli immobili del condominio sono sotto loro competenza. Torno il martedì per versare la restante quota della caparra, e solo allora vengo avvisato che la proposta non è stata accettata, in quanto il posto auto, richiesto nella proposta di locazione, era stato venduto. Ma non era di vostra competenza tutto l’immobile? Non era cosa certa fino al giorno precedente? Non avete la decenza di avvisare, prima che mi palesi in agenzia? Morale, avevo giá dato disdetta alla proprietaria dell’appartamento in cui vivo, ora ho 3 mesi per cercare casa, altrimenti andró a dormire nella loro agenzia. Absolutely a joke. Sfortunatamente al momento non avevano nulla di disponibile, e mi stavo quasi rassegnando in quanto avevo urgentemente bisogno di trasferirmi da Lecco. Dopo qualche giorno vengo ricontattato dall'agenzia, la quale mi riferisce di aver trovato un appartamento che faceva il caso mio. Corro a visionarlo, mi piace, lo blocco immediatamente. Dopo un annetto circa, per intenderci a inizio anno, mi reco nuovamente presso di loro, in cerca di un immobile da acquistare. Settimana prossima avrò finalmente una casa tutta mia grazie al supporto dell'agenzia. Professionalità e disponibilità contraddistinguono l'operato della Domus Nova.
