Mi sono recata in filiale per un preventivo di mutuo, premetto che ho già presso un'altra banca una delibera di accollo per l'acquisto prima casa, acquistata con formula del riscatto, con compromesso fimatl ed anticipo già dato. Mi hanno dato un appuntamento con il direttore, ma arrivata in filiale non sapevano neanche del mio arrivo e non c'era il direttore, una impiegata mi riceve senza voglia... Mi fa accomodare in ufficio, mi chiede dove lavoriamo, senza chiedermi quanto guadagnamo, ( sottolineo che io ed il mio compagno siamo due responsabili di multinazionali), mi chiede l'importo di nostro interesse, e non solo....con la faccia schifata fa allusioni sulla credibilità delle aziende per le quali lavoriamo, allora io propongo mio padre dirigente dello stato, ma non basta, mi chiede il secondo garante, il padre del mio compagno anche lui funzionario dello stato..nulla a 58 anni uno e 63 l'altro mi dice che sono troppo vecchi, per farla breve gliene propongo altri due, a presa in giro.. morale, dal 19 dicembre aspetto una risposta dalla signora che doveva informarsi se era fattibile avere l'80% con 4 garanti.. Tutto ciò perché la bnl ha un tasso più interessante ed avremmo potuto accorciare la durata da 30 a 20 anni... Mi sono recata presso un'altra filiale Bnl ed ho trovato dei professionisti seri... Incompetent staff !! He makes me sit in the office, he asks me where we work, without asking me how much we earn, (I stress that my partner and I are managers of multinationals), he asks me the amount we are interested in, and not only ... with his face disgusted makes allusions about the credibility of the companies we work for, then I propose my father as a state manager, but that's not enough, the second guarantor asks me, the father of my partner who is also a state official ... nothing at 58 years one and 63 the other tells me that they are too old, in short I propose two more, as a joke .. moral, from December 19th I expect an answer from the lady who had to inquire if it was feasible to have 80% with 4 guarantors .. All this because the bnl has a more interesting rate and we could have shortened the duration from 30 to 20 years ... I went to another Bnl branch and found some serious professionals ...
