Ho accettato subito il prezzo senza contrattarlo ma la mia offerta non e` stata accettata senza una motivazione. Durante una seconda chiamata per avere spiegazioni vengo a sapere che l'appartamento in questione era gia` stato venduto giorni prima (quando in teoria le chiavi non erano disponibili) ad altre persone di loro conoscenza.
Dire poco professionali e` un complimento.
I set the appointment for an apartment in the historic center and I was, according to them, the first to view it.
I immediately accepted the price without contracting it but my offer was not accepted without a reason. During a second call for explanations I learn that the apartment in question had already been sold days before (when in theory the keys were not available) to other people they knew.
To say unprofessional is a compliment.

Professional person, thorough in information. Too bad that the new apartments are sold without being able to view anything on the site, only on paper.
