Great location a stone's throw from St. Peter's, clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent and plentiful breakfast. Perfect price. To recommend.

β β β β β Posizione ottima come ottima Γ¨ stata l'accoglienza e l'attenzione dedicataci. Camera spaziosa e dotata di frigobar (a prezzi accessibili!!), tv, asciugacapelli. Una nota positiva anche per la colazione, con gustose paste fresche ogni mattina. Forse leggermente da migliorare la pulizia, che comunque Γ¨ piΓΉ che accettabile. Nel complesso un'ottima struttura. Ci ritornerei e soprattutto la consiglierei a chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno a Roma lontano dal caos serale, ma vicino al centro (proprio a 2 passi da piazza San Pietro!!) A 180mt la fermata del pullman 64 che porta verso quasi tutti i principali punti di interesse.
Great location as excellent was the welcome and attention given to us. Spacious room with minibar (at affordable prices !!), TV, hairdryer. A positive note also for breakfast, with tasty fresh pastries every morning. Perhaps slightly to improve the cleanliness, which however is more than acceptable. Overall a great property. I would return and above all I would recommend it to those who want to spend a few days in Rome away from the night chaos, but close to the center (just 2 steps from Piazza San Pietro !!) At 180 meters the bus stop 64 which leads to almost all the main points of interest.

β β β β β I booked a room for 3 nights. 1 day before arrival, they contacted me to tell me that "they had a problem with the boiler", so no hot water so they will have to put me in an other hotel. I said ok because I had no other choice as they already charged me THREE DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING !!!!! It never ever happened to me in my whole life that a hotel you book on Booking charge you even BEFORE you arrived but this is not the problem.
The other place where they put me is HORRIBLE. It is not even a B&B but an APARTMENT. I mean if I wanted to be alone in an apartment I would have booked an AirBnb. As you can see in the pictures below, it is OLD , DIRTY and not nice at all.
They did not even give me a price reduction !!!!!!! I DID NOT PAY FOR THAT.
I could only stay 1 night in this horrible place then I had to book an other hotel, way nicer (and way more expensive)
I think their excuse of the "boiler" was just a lie and they put me in the other horrible apartment just because at the DomiusFabiola I had booked a double room for myself and I am sure they wanted to put more people in that room to charge them more.
AVOID THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
