 Two minutes from the termini station. Clean, impeccable laundry service and courtesy line. Paolo and Roxi are kind, professional, really two exceptional people. I recommend it to everybody!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo alloggio. Vicino alla stazione e ai mezzi pubblici. Pulito e accogliente. Merita una menzione il cordialissimo proprietario Paolo, molto disponibile. Per chi arriva in auto è possibile parcheggiare lungo la strada gratuitamente.
Excellent accommodation. Close to the station and public transport. Clean and welcoming. Worthy of mention the very kind owner Paolo, very helpful. For those arriving by car it is possible to park along the street for free.

We were guests of Paolo and Roxy in February 2017. Very welcoming place just a short walk from Termini Station. Paolo is very helpful in everything, we still remember his FANTASTIC cappuccino.

Ottima e ricca colazione in tono familiare. Certo la struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco ma supera tutto la serenità della istanza. Ci torno spesso. Family atmosphere. Paolo and Rossella are two good friends and not hoteliers. They care about every detail. Paolo even helps me with my luggage when I need it. Excellent and rich family breakfast. Certainly the structure would need some tweaking but exceeds all the serenity of the instance. I often go back there. 2 steps from Termini, but quiet and safe. Thanks friends. Until next time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Domus Roxy is a fantastic place to stay for anyone that is visiting Rome.
To start, the host Paolo, is such a genuinely nice guy that goes above & beyond.
He was extremely helpful & offered great advice of places to visit and eat around the city.
The guest house itself is quaint & absolutely perfect.
The rooms are spacious & clean, and you can't hear noise from the street at all.
It's a safe area & only maybe a 4 minute walk from the central train station & has a large number of buses going to the main tourist attractions around Rome.
Paolo was extremely accomadating & let us store the bags on our last day so that we didn't have to drag them around.
Thank you so much for an amazing stay in Rome, Paolo.
I have already recommended Domus Roxy to a friend of mine today, as he will be travelling to Rome in May.
We will see you the time We are visiting too for sure!
