★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comodissimo e riservato posto dove soggiornare per visitare i luoghi di S.Francesco. Facile da raggiungere, permette di andare a piedi alla Basilica di S.Maria degli Angeli, dove si trova la Porziuncola. Pur essendo sulla strada principale è molto silenzioso; dispone di un comodo parcheggio, di fronte alla struttura.
 Comfortable and reserved place to stay to visit the places of S.Francesco. Easy to reach, it allows you to walk to the Basilica of S. Maria degli Angeli, where the Porziuncola is located. Despite being on the main road it is very quiet; has a convenient parking, in front of the structure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello curato nel minimo dettaglio, posizione strategica a piedi si raggiunge la chiesa di Santa Maria degli angeli, tabacchi, supermercato, ristoranti, farmacia e negozi. Personale gentilissimo e struttura ben pulita. Cambio biancheria da bagno e pulizia stanze tutti i giorni. Piscina piccola ma pulita e ben tenuta. Unica pecca si sentono molto i rumori da stanza a stanza, bisogna fare un po' di attenzione a non disturbare gli altri ospiti. Posto consigliato vivamente.
Very nice place with attention to the smallest detail, strategic position on foot you can reach the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli, tobacconist, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and shops. Very kind staff and well clean facility. Change of towels and cleaning of rooms every day. Small but clean and well maintained pool. The only flaw is that you hear a lot of noises from room to room, you have to be careful not to disturb other guests. Highly recommended place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo hotel in posizione comoda per raggiungere Assisi sia a piedi che in bus. Parcheggio a disposizione ospiti e piscina. Unico neo si trova su via molto rumorosa, chi ama dormire con finestre aperte lo tenga presente.
Excellent hotel in a convenient location to reach Assisi either on foot or by bus. Parking available for guests and swimming pool. The only drawback is located on a very noisy street, those who like to sleep with open windows should keep this in mind.

non ho potuto salutare chi gestisce la location perchè sono ripartito presto per andare a vedere altri posti prima di ritornare a Roma.
Ho passato ottimi giorni, tutto perfetto pero' vorrei consigliare solamente, per migliorare la struttura, di cambiare il materasso nella singola TRONO è scomodo.
A presto e grazie di tutto :), ritornero'...

I couldn't say goodbye to whoever manages the location because I left early to go and see other places before returning to Rome.
I spent excellent days, everything was perfect but I would like to advise only, to improve the structure, to change the mattress in the single TRONO is uncomfortable.
See you soon and thanks for everything :), I'll be back ...

Stanza curata; gentilezza e professionalità dello staff; piscina e aree relax molto piacevoli.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima struttura. Nuova, pulitissima e curatissima. Si trova a Santa Maria degli Angeli, punto strategico per visitare Assisi (10 minuti in Auto), Gubbio, Spello e dintorni. Fantastica anche la possibilità di usufruire della piscina (provvidenziale in questi giorni caldissimi) e degli spazio esterni molto ben curati. La camera abbastanza spaziosa ma molto ben organizzata e con molti spazi per riporre le proprie cose.
Personale gentilissimo, disponibile, professionale. La ragazza all'accoglienza ci ha coccolato e ha risposto con estrema professionalità alle nostre richieste.
Esperienza super positiva e struttura consigliata al 100%.
Beautiful facility. New, spotless and well-kept. It is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, a strategic point for visiting Assisi (10 minutes by car), Gubbio, Spello and surroundings. Also fantastic is the possibility of using the swimming pool (providential in these very hot days) and the well-kept outdoor spaces. The room is quite spacious but very well organized and with plenty of space to store your things.
Staff very kind, helpful, professional. The girl at the reception pampered us and responded with extreme professionalism to our requests.
Super positive experience and 100% recommended facility.

Pulitissimo, sia le camere che il giardino esterno.
La ragazza all'accoglienza è gentilissima e preparatissima, ci ha consigliato come visitare Assisi ed altre città.
Per fare colazione bisogna fare 4 passi ma è un servizio che offre la struttura, quindi tutto di guadagnato.
Si può sfruttare il giardino esterno anche per mangiare, se lo desiderate e sinceramente ci siamo pentiti di non averlo fatto.
La piscina in queste calde giornate è stata la nostra salvezza.
La struttura è su una strada principale ma non così trafficata, di notte basta chiudere le finestre che non si sente nulla.
La struttura ha un parcheggio privato sull'altro lato della strada.
La pulizia delle camere è giornaliera e nella camera si trova un mini frigo ed un bollitore con il necessario per un thè od un caffè.
La dimensione della stanza è giusta e ci sono un armadio capiente, una scrivania ed un appoggia borsa, il bagno non è enorme ma studiato bene.
Per il prezzo che si paga, offre molto di più.
Consiglio vivamente!
Fantastic place in a strategic position.
Very clean, both the rooms and the outdoor garden.
The girl at the reception is very kind and very well prepared, she advised us how to visit Assisi and other cities.
To have breakfast you have to take 4 steps but it is a service that the structure offers, so everything is better.
You can also use the outdoor garden to eat if you wish and we sincerely regret not having done so.
The pool in these hot days was our salvation.
The property is on a main road but not so busy, at night you just have to close the windows that you can't hear anything.
The property has a private parking on the other side of the road.
The rooms are cleaned daily and in the room there is a mini fridge and a kettle with the necessary for tea or coffee.
The size of the room is right and there is a large wardrobe, a desk and a bag rest, the bathroom is not huge but well designed.
For the price you pay, it offers a lot more.
I highly recommend!
