Per un malinteso avrei dovuto lasciare la moto tre giorni ma il titolare dopo avergli fatto presente che la moto mi serviva, si è prodigato nel farmela in giornata. Senza chiederglielo mi hanno anche messo a posto il gruppo fanaleria, che non accorgendomi, si era allentato ( ho poi collegato quindi la scarsa luce di notte). Ambiente familiare e senza tante smancerie. Mi sono trovato bene I went to this dealership for the 50.00km coupon. Io capito lì ultimamente x caso avendo locali nei paraggi (Via Maddalene) da me frequentati come il Capolinea dell'8 ...la pasticceria davanti ottima x fare aperitivi ecc.. Guardando dalla vetrina ho intravisto abbigliamento x moto e sono entrato nel negozio x vedere alcuni giubbotti.. essendoci in quel giorno degli sconti ho acquistato poi un bel giubbotto della urban Historic headquarters of Guzzi, now in the last 20 years or so it deals mainly with BMW brands, Japanese like Yamaha .. Honda etc .. I understood there lately x case having local around (Via Maddalene) frequented by me as the Capolinea of the 8 ... the confectionery in front excellent x to make aperitifs etc .. Giorgio l'ha capito immediatamente e sistemato in 5 minuti. Non ha voluto niente per il suo lavoro. Ottima serietà e professionalità, ci tornerò sicuramente per tagliandi e futuri problemi. Lo consiglio. Very kind and prepared. Passed by an electrical problem to my GS 1200 LC, it was only the battery cable not tightened. Giorgio understood it immediately and fixed it in 5 minutes. He didn't want anything for his job. Excellent seriousness and professionalism, I will definitely return for coupons and future problems. I advise.

Insieme ad uno dei proprietari customizzano e riparano anche vecchie moto Guzzi o Bmw!! Il reparto vendite moto ha molti modelli in esposizione e degli usati molto interessanti!! Il personale è estremamente competente! Hanno anche un bellissimo e fornito reparto di abbigliamento.. non solo il classico shop Bmw Motorrad.. ma anche altre marche sia caschi sia abbiagliamento!! L' appuntamento per il tagliando mi è stato dato dopo una settimana dal primo contatto (periodo estivo). Nel negozio è anche presente un settore dedicato ad abbigliamento ed accessori per motociclisti. I turned to them to have my motorcycle serviced, I found helpful and competent staff. The appointment for the coupon was given to me one week after the first contact (summer period). In the shop there is also a sector dedicated to clothing and accessories for motorcyclists.

Not only did they speak perfect English, they were also incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We had the motor checked out and a nice chat with some of the staff. Many thanks to them for we could resume our vacation without any trouble.
