G	Giada Mana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso 4 chantilly e 2 mono porzioni di tiramisù. In vetrina il prezzo esposto era di 2,50€ a chantilly e 2,80€ a tiramisù. Una volta effettuato il pagamento ho scoperto che i tiramisù mi sono costati ben 4,00€ l’uno! Ovviamente ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi è stato riferito che il sovrapprezzo era dovuto alla tazza in vetro utilizzata per contenere il tiramisù e che se avessi riportato le tazze in vetro mi sarebbe stata restituita la differenza. Ora io dico, ci può stare non sapere esattamente cosa c’è o non c’è in ogni pasticcino in quanto magari non preparato dalle due ragazze presenti, ma potevano dirmi che ci sarebbe stato un sovrapprezzo per i tiramisù! E come se non bastasse non erano neanche così buoni! Davvero pessima l’attenzione per il cliente! I took 4 chantilly and 2 single portions of tiramisu. In the window the price displayed was € 2.50 per chantilly and € 2.80 per tiramisu. Once the payment was made I discovered that the tiramisu cost me € 4.00 each! Obviously I asked for explanations and I was told that the surcharge was due to the glass cup used to contain the tiramisu and that if I returned the glass cups the difference would have been returned to me. Now I say, there may be not knowing exactly what there is or not in every pastry because maybe not prepared by the two girls present, but they could tell me that there would be a surcharge for tiramisu! And to make matters worse they weren't even that good! Customer care is really bad!

Spero di sbagliarmi su questo, ma non mi sembra che il locale rispetti i nuovi standard anti COVID, oprattutto riguardo alla meratura e al numero di persone presenti all'interno nelle prime ore del pomeriggio. Sarà che era una Domenica, però dovrebbero rispettare il numero massimo di persone all 'interno del locale, e al massimo utilizzare il piazzale esterno per le persone in eccesso. Too crowded. I hope I'm wrong about this, but it doesn't seem to me that the place respects the new anti-COVID standards, especially with regard to the merature and the number of people present inside in the early afternoon. Maybe it was a Sunday, but they should respect the maximum number of people inside the room, and at most use the outside square for excess people.
