★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grazie a dei carissimi amici ho avuto la possibilità di provare le meringhe con la panna: superlative. Non ho mai assaggiato una meringa così ricca ma nello stesso tempo friabile e leggera. Andrò senz'altro a visitare questa pasticceria.
Thanks to some dear friends I had the opportunity to try the meringues with cream: superlative. I have never tasted a meringue so rich but at the same time crumbly and light. I will definitely go to visit this pastry shop.

Suggerisco la Torta pazientina, nella versione più preziosa, con decori pazienti (da cui il nome, forse) e buonissimi. E poi le piccole meringhe fresche, preparate sul momento. Insuperabili.
It is a particular patisserie that offers ancient recipes recovered by the cultured and passionate owner. I suggest the Patient Cake, in the most precious version, with patient decorations (hence the name, perhaps) and very good. And then the small fresh meringues, freshly prepared. Unsurpassed.
