On the phone, they made me a quote for a repair of the front window of the car, while once the car was taken to the workshop, the estimate included a considerable additional cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L' officina si trova nella zona industriale di Chieti Scalo, uno dei pochi specialisti nella riparazione e sostituzione di vetri auto nella zona (o almeno l'unico che sono riuscito a trovare).
La scheggiatura del parabrezza era tale da permettere una riparazione. Per quanto mi riguarda il servizio è stato veloce e professionale (sebbene non possa esprimere ancora un giudizio sul lungo termine).
Il personale è stato disponibile e cordiale.
Il prezzo risulta in linea con il settore.
The workshop is located in the industrial area of Chieti Scalo, one of the few specialists in the repair and replacement of auto glass in the area (or at least the only one I could find).
The windscreen was chipped enough to allow for repair. As far as I'm concerned the service was fast and professional (although I can't comment on the long term yet).
The staff were helpful and friendly.
The price is in line with the sector.

Totally disappointed. Starting from the fact that they didn't even say hello to me, asking for a quote, they responded in a totally disinterested and rude way, also using swear words etc. Not at all professional. First and last time.
