Oltre ad un ampia sala pesi, in cui è sempre possibile trovare almeno un istruttore, sono presenti una sala tatami, dove si hanno ogni giorno un sacco di corsi diversi, dal judo al Krav maga alla boxe ecc. E una sala corsi, nella quale si effettuano diversi corsi dai più easy come la ginnastica a quelli più intensivi come fit boxe o gag. U prezzi sono super convenienti e onesti, la direzione cerca sempre di andare in contro alle esigenze degli iscritti e in particolar modo per gli studenti universi che fondamentale sono l'anima della palestra. Ci sono molte attrezzature che permettono di far allenare contemporaneamente tutti gli sportivi, senza alternarsi e perdere tempo. Pavimentazione in parquet e tappetini che attutiscono i colpi lungo la rastrelliera manubri e zona powerlofting. Tantissimi corsi da frequentare, adatti a tutte le persone e di tutte le età. Il personale è preparato, qualificato, gentile e sempre pronto a dare una mano. Ti fanno sentire a casa. Ogni giorno non vedo l'ora di andare ad allenarmi. Consigliatissima.
