Il numero verde chiede il num. di telefono è ancora oggi sto aspettando la chiamata per fissare appunto. Pensavo di affidarmi a professionisti ma a quanto pare non lo sono, il trattamento ricevuto è inammissibile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima comunicazione con i clienti. Non mi hanno voluto fare il preventivo per telefono pur avendo tutti i dati necessari. Mi sono recato in sede. Addetti scorbutici, mi hanno fatto aspettare molto per poi dirmi che il vetro che mi serviva non ce l'avevano e che non avevano nessuna intenzione di ordinarlo. Me l'ha sostituito un carrozziere dopo pochi giorni a prezzi molto bassi. Il carrozziere ha trovato il vetro originale senza nessun problema.
Bad communication with customers. They didn't want me to quote by phone even though I had all the necessary data. I went to the office. Grumpy employees, they made me wait a long time and then tell me that the glass I needed had none and they had no intention of ordering it. I was replaced by a body shop after a few days at very low prices. The coachbuilder found the original glass without any problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy inside of the office made the price even before I finished to explain or show him what the problem was. Also they asked me for 700€ for a service, the same service I got done 500 meters far from their office by Master Glass for 250€!!!! Carglass, the best if you want to spend lots of money for no reason.
