Prima ci ha venduto un seggiolino a cui mancavano pezzi (evidentemente già usato) e poi ci siamo resi conto che anche il caschetto era già usato. Ovviamente ce li ha fatti pagare a prezzo pieno. Ci ha fornito un nuovo seggiolino e caschetto. Peccato che il caschetto fosse di taglia sbagliata. Lo sconsiglio vivamente Liar and dishonest, he trims used products by passing them off as new. A	Antonio Dalle rive on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo letto le recensioni ma ho voluto provare lo stesso a comprlare una bici elettrica in questo negozio , visto che all’apparenza mi sembrava preparato e onesto il titolare. Mi devo invece ricredere visto che fin da subito la bici ha avuto dei problemi di affidabilità e il titolare se ne lavato le mani. Il tutto in garanzia ad appena due di mesi dall’acquisto. Mi trovo quindi costretto a fare una recensione più che negativa I had read the reviews but I still wanted to try to buy an electric bike in this shop, since the owner seemed to me to be prepared and honest. Instead, I have to change my mind since the bike immediately had reliability problems and the owner washed his hands. All under warranty just two months after purchase. I am therefore forced to make a more than negative review

Presa mtb x mio figlio che e’ subito caduto perché non aveva fissato manubrio e altro , dopo avergliela riportata ha detto di averla controllata ! Risultato sono arrivato a casa sella svitata ,manopole appena sostituite non fissate ,cambio da regolare .PESSIMO One star is still too much !!!!!! MTB grip for my son who immediately fell because he hadn't fixed handlebars and more, after having brought it back to him he said he had checked it! Result I arrived home unscrewed saddle, knobs just replaced not fixed, gearbox to be adjusted

Ho dato la caparra per una bici vista un giovedì con la promessa del titolare che me l'avrebbe consegnata sicuramente venerdì sera assemblata al mio recapito. Venerdi sera non si è visto né sentito nessuno. Sabato dopo 20 volte che risponde la segreteria riesco a parlare con il titolare e gli dico che perlomeno avrebbe potuto farmi uno squillo e lui ha ribadito che ci sono stati dei contrattempi perché aveva il furgone rotto e sicuramente me l'avrebbe consegnata il venerdì successivo e che se andavo a riprenderla io mi avrebbe regalato un lucchetto e che comunque me l'avrebbe consegnata sicuramente venerdì sera. Ennesimo buco. Mai sentito!! Sabato richiamo ma non risponde nessuno. Il pomeriggio decido di andare a riprenderla ma non è ancora assemblata e comunque il lucchetto non me lo regalava perché il prezzo della bici era già tirato all'osso. Me ne vado con la bici con tutte le rassicurazioni. Dopo dieci metri il manubrio si piega la vite era completamente allentata per poco mi uccido perché ero al bordo di una statale molto trafficata, torno indietro e la catena salta via l'ultimo cambio e si incastra tra il cambio ed i raggi della ruota. Fortuna che l'aveva assemblata bene!! E fortuna che avevo chiesto esplicitamente se i cambi erano stati registrati e se era tutto in ordine...Che persona disonesta!! Diffidate dell'apparente simpatia..Buon viso a cattiva sorte!!i A star is still too much, never found a person so shy, dishonest. Saturday after 20 times the secretary answers I can talk to the owner and tell him that at least he could have made me a ring and he reiterated that there were some setbacks because he had the van broken and surely he would have delivered it to me the following Friday and that if I went to take it back I would have given myself a padlock and that I would certainly have delivered it on Friday night. Yet another hole. Never heard!! Saturday call but nobody answers. The afternoon I decide to go and get it but it is not yet assembled and in any case the padlock didn't give it to me because the price of the bike was already pulled to the bone. I'm off with the bike with all the assurances. After ten meters the handlebar bends the screw was completely loosened for a while I kill myself because I was at the edge of a very busy highway, I go back and the chain jumps off the last gear and gets stuck between the gearbox and the spokes of the wheel. Luckily he had assembled it well !! And luckily I had explicitly asked if the changes had been recorded and if everything was in order ... What a dishonest person !! Be wary of the apparent sympathy ... Good face to bad luck !!
