Premetto che non ho niente da obbiettare sulla qualità e l’estetica del prodotto venduto, ma una maleducazione, una cafonaggine come quella che ho riscontrato nella signorina presente in negozio, non l’avevo mai trovata. Mi sono presentata con un disegno, chiedendo informazioni per avere un preventivo per una cucina da inserire in una stanza con dimensioni ridotte. Fin da subito la signorina è apparsa palesemente scocciata e poco incline al seguirci e a darci indicazioni. Abbiamo fatto alcune richieste che ci sono state contestate senza suggerimenti alternativi, fino ad arrivare a rispondere più volte in modo molto maleducato. Ci siamo presentate con alcuni problemi da risolvere e invece di trovare una soluzione, ne ha creati di nuovi! All’ennesimo vergognoso comportamento ho preferito alzarmi e andarmene altrove. Mi chiedo, se mi fossi presentata con abiti firmati e una macchina da 60 mila euro, se mi avrebbe ritenuta degna del suo negozio. Vergogna…. E le consiglio di cambiare lavoro. I state that I have nothing to object to the quality and aesthetics of the product sold, but a rudeness, a boorishness like the one I encountered in the young lady in the shop, I had never found. I came up with a drawing, asking for information to get a quote for a kitchen to be placed in a small room. Right from the start, the young lady appeared clearly annoyed and unwilling to follow us and give us directions. We have made some requests that have been contested to us without alternative suggestions, until we have repeatedly replied in a very rude way. We came up with some problems to solve and instead of finding a solution, he created new ones! To the umpteenth shameful behavior, I preferred to get up and go elsewhere. I wonder, if I had presented myself with designer clothes and a 60,000 euro car, if he would have thought me worthy of his shop. Shame…. And I advise you to change jobs.
