T	THE SLITTINISTI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante la gentilezza di Marco, purtroppo non posso dire di aver avuto una buona esperienza. Portato la e bike per sistemare il cambio a seguito di una caduta sul lato dx, lascio volutamente la bici presso il negozio per 2 settimane essendo impossibilitato ad andare a riprenderla prima. Il giorno che vado a riprenderla, una volta a casa mi accorgo di un importante graffio sul telaio che non c'era quando l ho portata (avevo controllato tutto minuziosamente prima di portarla, dopo l incidente e a parte il cambio, avevo notato un piccolo ammanco di vernice sulla leva freno DX e il display strisciato). Inutile dire che dal negozio hanno negato la realtà, purtroppo ovviamente non ho prove di questo, altrimenti avrei dovuto girare un video prima di portarla, a parte il mio vicino di casa e compagno di e bike che Anche luì confermava la mia versione, avendomi aiutato il giorno dell'incidente, dove una volta a casa ci eravamo messi a vedere le conseguenze della caduta sul telaio. Probabilmente sarò venuto io a graffiarmi la bici di notte in negozio. Tra l altro ho notato anche la manopola sx, lato del graffio incriminato, slabbrata, quindi qualcosa è successo, a meno che non sia venuto appunto io in negozio di notte ad auto graffiarmi la bici. Lavorando le cose possono succedere, ma negare a prescindere, non mi sembra un comportamento corretto. Comunque niente, me la prendo in quel posto soltanto io. Se non altro ho imparato che prima di portare le bici in assistenza dovrò fare un video e farlo vedere e accettare a chi me la sistemerà, prima di lasciarla in riparazione. The day I go to pick it up, once at home I notice an important scratch on the frame that was not there when I brought it (I had checked everything carefully before taking it, after the accident and apart from the gearbox, I had noticed a small shortage of paint on the RH brake lever and the streaked display). Needless to say, from the shop they denied the reality, unfortunately of course I have no proof of this, otherwise I would have had to shoot a video before taking it, apart from my neighbor and e-bike companion who also confirmed my version, having helped me the day of the accident, where once at home we had started to see the consequences of the fall on the frame. I probably came to scratch my bike at night in the shop. Among other things, I also noticed the left knob, side of the offending scratch, lacerated, so something happened, unless I came to the shop at night to scratch my bike. While working, things can happen, but denying regardless, does not seem correct behavior to me. Anyway, nothing, I take it in that place only me. If nothing else, I have learned that before taking the bikes for service I will have to make a video and show it and accept it to those who will fix it, before leaving it for repair.
