★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Catania, you HAVE TO go to docalquadrato and enjoy their meat and cheese. We went there twice because it was so good ? The waiters are also really nice and speak english very well ? The best waa the docalquadrato plate with different cuts of ham, cheese and salami. We had a Mojito and it is also really good there ? The bread is delicious as well and the selection of honey and marmelade is amazing.

We allowed our extremely knowledgeable and attentive staff to guide us through our wines and salumi boards and we couldn't fault a thing!
What truly made our eveninga so special was the exceptional service from the staff. Up there with the best we've ever experienced! Marco, Angelo and the rest of the team, you are masters at your trade and a credit to DOC, Catania and tourist industry of Sicily. Please keep doing what you're doing with such passion and many more guests will have wonderful memories of your beautiful city! We hope to see you again one day...

After 7 months: it's getting better and better! I would give them 6 stars if I could.
I love the way they decorate salami and cheese plates with seasonal fruits and veggies, everything is so yummy. Service is great, guys offered us a wonderful pairing with our blue cheese (you have to try it, ask for it!). And tiramisu... Your life will be before and after that tiramisu. We were always going to Milano for this dessert, but not anymore. Catania one love, Doc Al Quadrato is love^2! Can't wait to come again in September

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a plate of cheese and some olives etc. and a fantastic rosé. Staff helped us a lot with our wine decision and beside we had really nice chats with Marco and Angelo, who also helped us at the end when we searched for a special sparkling wine to take away. Really good vibes, tasty food and awesome English skills from the team, which is not so common in Catania. Thx guys & cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed a whole afternoon here. The service was really nice and attentive. The selection of food is good but the selection of wine is incredibly extensive. They also have artesanal beer and unique products. The Gesuiti tartare it is beautiful and delicious. They also have a pistachio tiramisu that is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a nice place, highly recommended. Alessandro was our waiter and he suggested various Sicilian wines within our budget. Presentation of the wines was nicely done and the wine we choose was very good. We had a cheese plate to go with the wine per Alessandros suggestion.
