A	Andrea Errico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato li per un guasto alla mia bici elettrica si trattava della centralina ma in meno di 10 minuti lo hanno risolto subito,hanno un personale qualificatissimo cordiale ed all accoglienza gentilissimi veramente consiglio questo punto vendita a chiunque soddisfatto veramente grazie mille staff DME??? I went there for a breakdown in my electric bike it was the control unit but in less than 10 minutes they solved it immediately, they have a very qualified staff friendly and very kind welcome I really recommend this store to anyone really satisfied thanks a lot DME?? staff ?

Ho ben 2 bici, gli ho dato quasi 3.000 euro di cui una comprata in sicilia, ancora in garanzia e per un problema credo al motore, mi costringono a spedirla al negoziante pur essendo ora a Roma...dico Roma non un paesino sperduto. Mi dicono che il 2° anno non rispondono loro della garanzia...ma non deve risponderne comunque di legge la casa? Secondo loro dovrei andare in un officina a Roma dove trattano DME e comunque pagare tutto io oppure spedire in sicilia a discapito del negoziante anche lui stupito di cio'. P.S. Hanno anche smesso di rispondere alle email nonostante scriva tramite PEC, applausi! good bikes, very good indeed, but ... bad assistance. I have 2 bikes, I gave him almost 3,000 euros, one of which was bought in Sicily, still under warranty and because of a problem I believe in the engine, they force me to send it to the shopkeeper despite being now in Rome ... I say Rome not a lost village. They tell me that in the 2nd year they are not liable for the guarantee ... but does the house not have to answer for the law anyway? According to them I should go to a workshop in Rome where they deal with DME and still pay everything or send to Sicily to the detriment of the shopkeeper who is also amazed by this. P.S. They also stopped replying to emails despite writing via PEC, cheers!

Antonio, gentile e accogliente, che con competenza mi ha illustrato tutte le caratteristiche dei vari modelli in esposizione, aiutandomi nella scelta della e-bike più adeguata alle mie necessità. Ho comprato la e-bike Minturnae ed ho constatato che i risultati della prova su strada sono stati superiori alle mie aspettative. Ho percorso, in pianura, 20 km con pas 1 e 2 senza che il livello di carica della batteria scendesse rispetto a quello di partenza. Sono molto contento dell'acquisto. About 10 days ago I went to the DME showroom, where I met the owner mr. Antonio, kind and welcoming, who competently illustrated all the characteristics of the various models on display, helping me in choosing the most suitable e-bike for my needs. I bought the Minturnae e-bike and found that the results of the road test exceeded my expectations. I covered 20 km on the plains with steps 1 and 2 without the battery charge level falling compared to the starting one. I am very happy with the purchase.

Lui ne è felicissimo, dice che gli da una bellissima sensazione, che è molto stabile, di grande qualità e la pedalata super leggera gli permette di percorrere tutta la città senza sforzi. Il miglior regalo di compleanno di sempre! I bought a Vulcano fat-bike for my husband. He is very happy about it, he says it gives him a great feeling, that it is very stable, of great quality and the super light pedaling allows him to travel all over the city without effort. D	Donato Palombo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho ordinato una bici elettrica a novembre col bonus e dando un anticipo del 30% ma a oggi 23 marzo 2021 non ho visto nulla. Fate voi.. A parte il ritardo di 9 mesi la Dme mi ha offerto il prolungamento della garanzia quindi 2 anni sulla batteria e 3 a,i sulle parti meccaniche. La bici è arrivata il 1 settembre ed è una bella bici, con I segnalatori di direzione ed il clacson. Provata, va molto bene. I ordered an electric bike in November with the bonus and giving an advance of 30% but as of today 23 March 2021 I have not seen anything. You do.. Apart from the delay of 9 months, Dme offered me an extension of the warranty, therefore 2 years on the battery and 3 years on the mechanical parts. The bike arrived on September 1st and is a beautiful bike, with direction indicators and the horn. Tried, it goes very well.
M	Marzio Bongiovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo ho avuto spiacevoli esperienze con dme. in primis ho acquistato una bicicletta vulcano 250w da rivenditore di pavia il quale mi ha detto che la bici non necessitava di assicurazione e immatricolazione in quanto la velocità era di 25 km/h invece la biciletta raggiunge i 32 km/h e la polizia mi ha multato. successivamente mi sono rivolto a dme direttamente per avere dei ricambi mi hanno proposto un pagamento con ricarica poste pay senza garantirmi una fattura quando lho richiesta non mi hanno più risposto. personalmente bruttissima esperienza con queste persone da una parte e dall'altra, la bicicletta è cmq una buona bicicletta. Unfortunately I have had unpleasant experiences with dme. first of all I bought a vulcano 250w bicycle from a dealer in pavia who told me that the bike did not need insurance and registration as the speed was 25 km / h instead the bike reaches 32 km / h and the police fined me . then I contacted dme directly to get spare parts, they offered me a payment with post-pay recharge without guaranteeing me an invoice when I requested it, they no longer answered me. personally very bad experience with these people on both sides, the bicycle is cmq a good bicycle.

Essendo la prima ebike li ho tempestati di domande, ( circa 30 email ) e mi hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente e professionalmente. La bicicletta è arrivata velocemente piegata e ben imballata. Non ho dovuto montare niente. Per qualità ed accuratezza è al di sopra delle mie aspettative. Molto soddisfatto anche delle borse posteriori capienti e di buona qualità. Li consiglio vivamente! I arrived on their site after having accidentally found a video on Youtube. I purchased the Vulcano at 250 W. Being the first ebike I studded them with questions, (about 30 emails) and they always answered me promptly and professionally. The bicycle arrived quickly folded and well packed. I didn't have to assemble anything. For quality and accuracy it is above my expectations. Also very satisfied with the capacious and good quality rear bags. I highly recommend them!

Ho scelto di affidarmi ad un'azienda italiana perché ero sicuro della qualità del prodotto. Ora sono soddisfatto a pieno della mia bici pieghevole elettrica che posso trasportare comodamente con me in macchina e nei mezzi pubblici. Inoltre ho riscontrato un ottimo servizio clienti, sempre reperibile e disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. Consigliatissimo! I bought a DME Chrispa 2.2v bike last November via the mobility bonus. I chose to rely on an Italian company because I was sure of the quality of the product. Now I am fully satisfied with my electric folding bike that I can comfortably carry with me in the car and on public transport. I also found excellent customer service, always available and available to solve any problem. Highly recommended!
