Ho comprato una casa da ristrutturare di 50 Mq. per la quale ho richiesto, per una configurazione diversa dei locali, l'intervento di Luca Alitini. Nella progettazione sono nate man mano varie problematiche risolte grazie al suo aiuto, soprattutto quella riguardante una parete divisoria che permettesse di avere una vera e propria cucina di 2,40 mq preservando una stanza adibita a camerina. Da casa vecchio stile l'ha trasformata in casa moderna, sia come ambienti e sia con mobili e piccole idee. Lo consiglio come architetto soprattutto per la sua fervida fantasia e soluzioni ben studiate nei minimi dettagli. Restructuring of a 50 sq. M. House I bought a 50sqm house to renovate, for which I requested Luca Alitini for a different configuration of the premises. Various problems arose in the design, resolved thanks to his help, especially the one concerning a dividing wall which allowed to have a real 2.40 m2 kitchen while preserving a room used as a dressing room. From an old-fashioned house, it has transformed it into a modern house, both as rooms and with furniture and small ideas. I recommend him as an architect especially for his fervent imagination and well-studied solutions in every detail.

Ha ascoltato i miei gusti e quelli della mia famiglia facendo diventare la nostra casa appena comprata un castello da 150mq. È molto attento al budget anzi ti consiglia come evitare gli sprechi, persona discreta ed educata ci ha seguito nella scelta di tutti i materiali dal rivestimento alla poltrona dal camino al termoarredo. Professionista onesto, consiglio vivamente anche per progetti importanti. After months of meetings and quotes I was lucky enough to meet Luca, the fantasy made person! He listened to my tastes and those of my family making our house just bought a 150sqm castle. He is very attentive to the budget, indeed he advises you how to avoid waste, a discreet and polite person followed us in choosing all the materials from the upholstery to the armchair from the fireplace to the heated towel rail. Persona veramente preparata molto professionale, non soltanto dal punto di vista lavorativo, si propone come persona disponibile e pronta ad accettare eventuali modifiche sul progetto. Ottima la squadra lavorativa di cui fa uso, personale molto disponibile e versatile sui vari lavori che si sono presentati. Sicuramente il mio appartamento ha acquistato valore sia dal punto di vista economico che da quello personale diventando molto più godibile sia dal punto di vista pratico che estetico. Il mio monolocale si è trasformato in un miniloft, se si può definire così, con soppalco. The work team he uses is excellent, staff very helpful and versatile on the various jobs that have arisen. Certainly my apartment has acquired value both from an economic and a personal point of view, becoming much more enjoyable both from a practical and an aesthetic point of view. My studio has been transformed into a mini-loft, if you can define it that way, with a mezzanine. Very positive experience, I will certainly advise others to contact the architect Luca Alitini, and I will certainly turn to him for all the other works I will do in the future. +++

Altini ha fatto un lavoro veramente superlativo. Gentilezza, disponibilità e pazienza con quel pizzico di stravaganza che mi hanno permesso di avere un ufficio bellissimo e molto particolare, grazie al sig.Altini. Consigliatissimo!!!!! I recommend to anyone who wants to renovate or invent something innovative and particular. In my office Mr. Altini did a truly superb job. c	cristina am2000 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo ristrutturato la nostra casa e siamo rimasti compiaciuti dal modo in cui siamo stati seguiti dal primo all'ultimo momento in cui ci sono state riconsegnate le chiavi. Siamo stati aiutati moltissimo nello sfruttare al meglio gli spazi , nel consiglio dei materiali (rispettando anche le nostre finanze), nell'arredamento e nel valorizzare al meglio possibile le luci che abbiamo messo. L'architetto Alitini ci ha accompagnato giorno giorno in questa lunga e travagliata avventura, aiutandoci il più possibile ad evitarci qualsiasi problema, presente sul cantiere quasi tutti i giorni e pronto ad ogni evenienza anche fuori dai canonici orari di lavoro. Ci ha consigliato anche sui colori da dare a determinate pareti in base a ciò che volevamo metterci come arredamento e adesso che tutto è finito, il risultato è decisamente d'effetto. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi ha da fare progetti per appartamenti o altro, in quanto siamo convinti che riuscirebbe a dare un look particolare anche al più monotono dei monolocali. We have been helped a lot in making the most of the spaces, in the advice on materials (also respecting our finances), in furnishing and in making the most of the lights we have put in. The architect Alitini accompanied us day by day in this long and troubled adventure, helping us as much as possible to avoid any problem, present on the construction site almost every day and ready for any eventuality even outside the canonical working hours. He also advised us on the colors to give to certain walls based on what we wanted to use as furniture and now that everything is finished, the result is definitely impressive. We highly recommend it to those who have plans for apartments or other things to do, as we are convinced that it would be able to give a particular look even to the most monotonous of studios.
