Poi non parliamo dell'assistenza, pari a zero, mi reco nel punto vendita di Foggia, dove hanno preso i soldini, mi dicono CHIAMA bari, ho avuto rapporti con loro e io devo barcamenarmi tra telefonate e prese in giro ogni 10 giorni. Ma parliamo del divano, qualità che mi ha deluso, il venditore che ha OMESSO di informarci che il divano è in 3 parti, infatti si muove tutto, il bracciolo sx tutto schiacciato per il trasporto, SCONSIGLIATISSIMO, neanche il nome è rimasto, sai che figure all'estero! Cambiate mentalità che il fallimento è dietro l'angolo. Purchased sofa on January 12, 2020, delivered on June 26, 2020. I understand the covid but 5 months for a sofa is INCONCEPTIBLE. Ordinato letto a settembre 2021 dal punto vendita di Taranto e gestione logistica affidata alla Natuzzi di Triggiano. La data di consegna del letto era prevista per metà novembre 2021. Dopo tre settimane dalla mancata consegna, abbiamo scoperto che il letto (che doveva essere spedito a Milano) in realtà era stato spedito a Bari. In tutto questo nessuno ha cercato di trovare una soluzione, motivo per cui ho richiesto il rimborso del prezzo pagato. Esperienza sconsigliatissima e gesitone della logistica pessima. BAD LOGISTICS SERVICE, UNPREPARED OPERATORS. Ordered read in September 2021 from the Taranto store and logistics management entrusted to Natuzzi di Triggiano.
