Il cliente avrà sempre la peggio! P. S. La titolare? persona a dir poco sgradevole!! If you know it ... You avoid it! Furniture that looks like good material ... but that on the delivery turn out to be anything but. Before signing any contract, read on the back. The customer will always have the worst! P. S. The owner? person to say the least unpleasant !!
R	Rosalbà Blasi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente negativa: sono andata a dicembre per sapere se i pensili della mia cucina potevano essere sostituiti, mi hanno chiesto i documenti relativi, ho portato ordine di acquisto ed indicazione del modello. Non ho avuto alcuna risposta. Nei primi giorni di gennaio sono tornata e, garbatamente , ho chiesto se c erano riscontri, mi hanno detto di no ma che il giorno successivo avrei avuto risposta. Ci sono tornata oggi, 20 febbraio, erano le 18.15 ed ha provato a telefonare per avere risposta...........ovviamente non c era l interlocutore!!!!! Ho ritirato via le carte e sono venuta via dicendo che da un marchio come la Snaidero mi sarei aspettata maggiore attenzione e migliore seguimento del cliente!!!!!! Una risposta , positiva , negativa, interlocutoria l ho aspettata ma non è arrivata. Non è stato piacevole!!!!! Absolutely negative: I went in December to find out if the wall units in my kitchen could be replaced, they asked me for the related documents, I brought a purchase order and an indication of the model. I had no answer. In the first days of January I came back and, politely, I asked if there was any feedback, they said no but that the next day I would have had an answer. I went back today, February 20, it was 18.15 and he tried to call for an answer ........... obviously there was no interlocutor !!!!! I withdrew the cards and came away saying that from a brand like Snaidero I would have expected more attention and better customer follow-up !!!!!! I have waited for a positive, negative, interlocutory answer but it has not arrived. It was not pleasant !!!!!

Consigliato ! The owner and all the staff are nice and kind people, great professionalism and the prices are fair, I was able to choose my kitchen thanks to a computerized program, once the purchase was completed, the assembly of the furniture was carried out perfectly. Recommended !

Ho scelto la cucina della Snaidero perché c'è l'ha anche mia madre da una vita e non si rompe MAI!! Ringrazio tutto lo Staff, ed in particolare la Sig.ra Tea, per la cortesia e la professionalità con cui ci hanno seguito! Absolutely positive experience! Yesterday my new kitchen arrived, BEAUTIFUL, everything perfect and in the times communicated! I chose Snaidero's kitchen because my mother has had it for a lifetime and it NEVER breaks down !! I thank all the staff, and in particular Mrs. Tea, for the courtesy and professionalism with which they followed us!
E	Emilia Popa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recentemente abbiamo acquistato dei mobili per uno studio e una cameretta della Doimo, rimanendo davvero soddisfatti (venendo da pregresse e spiacevoli esperienze di acquisto mobili presso altri mobilifici della zona ): innanzitutto la progettazione al top, interamente computerizzata in 2D e 3D (non come altri mobilifici con carta, penna, righello e tanta fantasia), la cortesia e la disponibilità della Sig.ra Katia che ci ha seguito in ogni piccolo particolare (abbiamo avuto perfino una variazione del mobile fatta direttamente dalla fabbrica per consentire l’apertura completa di una porta finestra!!) fino al montaggio realizzato in maniera perfetta ed attenta dal personale. I mobili sono arrivati nei tempi previsti e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema alla consegna, tutto corrispondeva a quanto ordinato (non come in un altro mobilificio che ci ha consegnato i mobili con un altro tipo di maniglie, diverse da quelle scelte da noi, e i cui montatori ci hanno quasi costretti ad accettarle per non aspettare altri mesi per completare il montaggio). Se solo avessimo conosciuto prima questo mobilificio! Magari avremmo potuto avere non solo tutta la casa arredata con mobili di qualità e ben coordinati tra di loro, ma avremmo potuto anche beneficiare del loro servizio di progettazione degli interni e ristrutturazione edilizia risparmiando tempo e denaro con risultati professionali!! Che dire, un servizio TOP! Lo consigliamo vivamente! We recently bought some furniture for a Doimo study and bedroom, remaining really satisfied (coming from previous and unpleasant furniture buying experiences at other furniture factories in the area): first of all the top design, entirely computerized in 2D and 3D (not like others furniture factories with paper, pen, ruler and lots of imagination), the courtesy and availability of Mrs. Katia who followed us in every little detail (we even had a variation of the furniture made directly from the factory to allow the complete opening of a door window !!) up to the assembly carried out in a perfect and careful way by the staff. The furniture arrived on schedule and we had no problems with delivery, everything corresponded to what was ordered (not like in another furniture factory that delivered the furniture to us with another type of handles, different from those chosen by us, and which editors almost forced us to accept them so as not to wait another month to complete the editing). If only we had known this furniture factory before! Maybe we could have not only had the whole house furnished with quality furniture and well coordinated with each other, but we could also have benefited from their interior design and building renovation service, saving time and money with professional results !! What can I say, a TOP service! We highly recommend it!
