Abbiamo preso il divano nel 2019 presso la sede di Mestre e ce l’hanno promesso smontato alla consegna sia la commessa quando l’abbiamo ordinato sia il direttore quando abbiamo saldato (per noi era importantissimo perché non ci passava dalla porta). Arrivato montato, e ho avuto grossi problemi e stress, perchè avevo il divano per strada e nn volevano portarlo In casa. E nessuno si é scusato. Mentre nella sede di Treviso ci hanno venduto un tappeto con un buco (poco visibile e ben celato) e si sono rifiutati di cambiarlo giustificandosi con un “le cose che erano in esposizione non le cambiamo”,ma noi di questo nn siamo stati avvisati prima. E di nuovo nessuno si é scusato come se fosse normale! Bad service, they are unprofessional, I don't advise you to deal with them !!! We took the sofa in 2019 at the Mestre office and both the order when we ordered it and the manager when we welded promised it disassembled on delivery (for us it was very important because it didn't go through the door). Arrived assembled, and I had big problems and stress, because I had the sofa on the street and they didn't want to take it home. And nobody apologized. While in the Treviso office they sold us a carpet with a hole (not very visible and well hidden) and they refused to change it justifying themselves with a "the things that were on display do not change them", but we have not been notified of this before . And again nobody apologized as if it were normal!
G	Giovanni Canetta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, problemi continui con imbottitura e struttura divano.Piano kasko assicurativo per 5 anni e la ditta che dovrebbe occuparsi della pulizia di macchie e strisci accidentali,declina perché le macchie sono state fatte non recentemente, fornendo assistenza zero!Bravi nel vendere ma zero assistenza in caso di problematiche post vendita. Bad experience, continuous problems with upholstery and sofa structure, insurance plan kasko for 5 years and the company that should deal with the cleaning of accidental stains and smears, declines because the stains have not been made recently, providing zero assistance! Good at selling but zero assistance in case of after-sales problems.
I	Irzeno Poletto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mezza stella è già troppo, esperienza totalmente negativa, sono andato a spendere 2459€ per avere un divano che nemmeno dopo un anno ha presentato segni di deformazione della imbottitura, ma quello che più è incredibile, è stato il consiglio di provvedere da solo con una manutenzione che non so cosa serva visto che il difetto è nella imbottitura dello schienale, forse era meglio se andavo dove avrei speso la metà, visto la serietà di questa azienda. Half a star is already too much, totally negative experience, I went to spend € 2459 to get a sofa that even after a year showed signs of deformation of the padding, but what is most incredible, was the advice to provide it by myself with a maintenance that I do not know what is needed since the defect is in the padding of the back, perhaps it was better if I went where I would have spent half, given the seriousness of this company.

Sono andato sfruttando le offerte di questo periodo che comprendono consegna gratuita e sconti sul prodotto. Scelto un relax da tre posti. La nostra referente si è dimostrata molto competente e attenta alle nostre richieste. Indubbiamente il divano è un investimento a lungo termine. Consiglio di dare una occhiata anche alle estensioni di garanzia. Molto attenti anche dal punto di vista Covid. Distanze e pulizie ottime. Consegna prodotto circa due mesi e mezzo. Large welcoming and well laid out space. Classy products and obviously with prices not really affordable for everyone. I have been taking advantage of this period's offers which include free delivery and product discounts. Chosen a three seater relax. Our contact person proved to be very competent and attentive to our requests. Undoubtedly the sofa is a long-term investment. I recommend taking a look at the extended warranties as well. Very careful also from the Covid point of view. Excellent distances and cleaning. Product delivery about two and a half months.
