Non potrei che spendere ottime parole per il loro servizio professionale e flessibile rispetto alle nostre esigenze. Sono sempre stata guidata nelle scelte adeguata, anche a distanza, un plus per me. I "montatori" hanno svolto un lavoro da artigiani, attenti alle necessità del momento, abili e attenti. Abbiamo trovato non solo dei prezzi più convenienti, a parità di condizioni ma soprattutto – e lo rimarco in questa era di spersonalizzazione negli acquisti – gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalità. Confesso che per me il “giro delle diverse parrocchie” nell’acquisto di un qualche cosa d’importante, è per me una piccola sofferenza, ma andare da Alberto e da Alessandro diverse volte per la scelta e per la definizione dei dettagli, è stato un piacere. Infine vorrei sottolineare l’efficacia e l’efficienza del servizio post vendita e questo non è da tutti! In sintesi, caldamente consigliamo. Roberta e‘ stata incredibile, mi ha aiutato con diverse opzioni di scelta e ha capito la mia difficolta‘ di non poter vedere ne‘ il mobile ne‘ il materiale, mandandomi tante foto via telefono e passando vario tempo con me al telefono. Roberta puts passion into what she does and gives everything to comply with the wishes of customers ... sure it will not be the last piece of furniture I buy with her.
