In questo modio non ci siamo accorti che proprio sul retro presentava un evidente strappo al tessuto. Purtroppo avevamo firmato la bolla di consegna, incalzati dai trasportatori. Lo abbiamo fatto presente dopo pochissimi giorni, con tanto di foto che mostravano come fosse impossibile che fossimo stati noi a danneggiarlo. Sono seguiti due mesi di tiritera, con promesse di cambio del pezzo danneggiato che alla fine si sono rivelate una presa in giro. Per giunta ho sempre dovuto farmi vivo io, almeno una decina di volte, per avere notizie sulla pratica. Azienda che ha mostrato un'attenzione al cliente pessima. Ci è stato detto che non era possibile sostituire il pezzo perchè "avevamo firmato la bolla di consegna". Però allo stesso tempo ci è stato comunicato che con una piccola cifra avrebbero fatto la riparazione. Manco se fosse il tappezziere sotto casa mia... We were told that the part could not be replaced because "we had signed the delivery note". But at the same time we were told that they would make the repair for a small fee. L'assistenza al cliente è davvero scandente, in quanto dopo infiniti solleciti non si sono degnati di darci nemmeno una risposta definitiva. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Non ho potuto dare una valutazione inferiore perché non era possibile, altrimenti davo zero. Negative experience, we bought a sofa for € 1500, they handed it to us ruined and they did nothing to replace the damaged part.
