★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très déçu par le propriétaire (le fils) chez qui nous avons acheté du limoncello (7 bouteilles)
Nous avons payé le transport DHL et à la réception du colis il y avait une bouteille cassée, il nous avait bien dit pas de problème il y a l’assurance et au cas où je vous renvoie la ou les bouteilles cassées !
J’ai appelé 3 fois le propriétaire et il nous a répondu pas de souci je m’en occupe !!!!!
Et bien 6 mois après toujours rien reçu , une parole c’est une parole…….??
Very disappointed with the owner (the son) from whom we bought limoncello (7 bottles)
We paid for the DHL transport and upon receipt of the package there was a broken bottle, he had told us no problem there is insurance and in case I send you back the broken bottle or bottles!
I called the owner 3 times and he replied no problem, I'll take care of it!!!!!
Well 6 months later still nothing received, a word is a word…….??
