★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di lavorare alla Fresystem per installare una nuova linea di pesatura e impacchettamento automatico di croissant e pasticceria surgelata. Veramente ottimi prodotti, realizzati con i migliori ingredienti e tanta passione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda leader nel suo settore però peccato che sfrutta al midollo gli operai stagionali molti dei quali presi in affitto da agenzie interinali costringendoli a turni di lavoro di 12 ore al giorno con straordinari di 4 ore al dì. chi si rifiuta a tali orari viene minacciato di non essere più chiamato alla scadenza di contratto. Ricordo quando ci ho lavorato io che a noi stagionali non ci facevano fare manco le ore di riposo tra un turno e l'altro previsto per legge infatti se si montava di pomeriggio il 14-22 dovevi riattaccare subito l'indomani mattina con il 06-14.
