★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sitio está muy bien relación calidad precio. La verdad es que es un sitio con encanto y todo está muy bien cuidado, pero lo mejor ha sido el trato de Andrea, muy atento y ha hecho todo para que tengamos la mejor estancia. Sin duda volveré cada vez que visite Catània!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sarebbe piaciuto soggiornare...!causa ritardo dovuto al traffico e a problemi di viaggio(macchina) ho superato l'orario indicato di check in, nonostante mail e chiamate il gestore mi ha risposto dopo ore, disperato ho dovuto scrivere su whatsapp, ( preciso che non mi è arrivata alcuna telefonata o messaggio durante il giorno, per chiedere info sul mio arrivo, cosa che richiede un minuto) , la sua giustificazione poi è stata incommentabile, disponibilità pari a zero. Aldilà del disagio subito, che ci può stare, con zero comprensione nei miei riguardi non ha voluto cancellare gratis o con un parziale la prenotazione, ho pagato a vuoto. Mai successo in vita. Anche io ho una struttura, non lo avrei mai fatto. Non avere un collaboratore che ti apre una porta o non essere disponibili per quella che è anche una propria mancanza organizzativa per me è cosa penalizzante. Arrivato a Catania ho dovuto riservare un altro alloggio, che è venuto ad accogliermi all'ultimo minuto alle 8 e mezza di sera, con tanto di benvenuto.
Mi dispiace per questa recensione, ma è andata così.
(Pagato prezzo intero senza soggiornare, senza un minimo di accoglienza e comprensione per problemi dovuti al viaggio). Sono riuscito a parlare con il gestore dopo 10 telefonate mie....
I would have liked to stay ...! Due to delay due to traffic and travel problems (car) I exceeded the indicated check in time, despite emails and calls the manager answered me after hours, desperate I had to write on whatsapp, ( I specify that I have not received any phone calls or messages during the day, to ask for info on my arrival, which takes a minute), then his justification was incommentable, availability equal to zero. Beyond the inconvenience suffered, which can be there, with zero understanding towards me he did not want to cancel the reservation for free or with a partial, I paid empty. Never happened in life. I also have a structure, I would never have done it. Not having a collaborator who opens a door for you or not being available for what is also an organizational lack of your own is penalizing for me. When I arrived in Catania I had to reserve another accommodation, which came to welcome me at the last minute at 8.30 in the evening, complete with a welcome.
I'm sorry for this review, but that's how it went.
(Paid full price without staying, without a minimum of welcome and understanding for travel problems). I was able to speak to the manager after 10 my phone calls ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa d'epoca che merita vedere; pulita e arredata con buon gusto. Nella stanza e bagno non manca nulla e si puo' fare colazione anche nel delizioso terrazzino all'aperto. Proprietario presente molto disponibile ci ha dato anche indicazioni preziose su dove mangiare bene in città. Proprio accanto ai giardini di Villa Bellini. Peccato che la zona abbia un look decadente e non molto pulita (problema diffuso anche in centro).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The property owner displayed a very opportunistic and disappointing attitude. I had booked a last minute room around 4pm on the day of my arrival. The property informed me that the check-in window was until 6pm. I told them I would not be able to check in by that time. Instead of canceling my reservation and refunding my money, the guy stopped responding to my messages and several calls. The property would have been within its right to keep my money if I had booked several days in advance and they had lost business because of me, but I had booked that evening and informed him right away I wouldn't be able to make it. Unfortunately he saw it as an opportunity to pocket my money without offering me the stay, and leaving me in a limbo. Very deplorable attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped at Catania B&B Dimora Corallo during the week. Location is the near center of Catania (5 mins from Piazza Stesicoro). B&B looking awesome: clean, light and comfortable, powerful air conditioning in the rooms. Special thanks to the owner of Dimora Corallo — Andrea. He always communicates with us at the telegram and helping with our questions. As soon as we arrived, Andre didn’t only show us the room and give us the keys, he also talked about important points in Catania and how to get to them. Every morning we had a wonderful breakfast our choice: sweet or salty. I recommend this place - it's a great choice for couples!
