★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klimatyczny apartament z historycznym wystrojem w starym budownictwie blisko centrum. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Jedyny minus to nieprzyjemny zapach (stęchlizny?) utrzymujacy się mimo wietrzenia.
Zdecydowanie nie był to smród ( jak sugeruje właściciel) od niewyrzuconych śmieci. Te były wyrzucane codziennie. To był zapach pleśni i szkoda, że właściciel w ten sposób próbuje się bronić.
Climate apartment with a historic interior in old buildings near the center. A very helpful host. The only drawback is the unpleasant smell (musty?) That persists despite the weathering.
Definitely it was not a smell (as suggested by the owner) from thrown garbage. These were thrown away every day. It was a smell of mold and a pity that the owner tries to defend himself in this way.

Si trova nel cuore del centro storico della città, ma la cosa più bella é che si trova in una delle poche zone facilmente raggiungibili con la macchina dove é pure facile trovare parcheggio!! (... Non ha prezzo!!) tutto é a portata di mano, bar, ristoranti e i monumenti più belli sono a poche centinaia di metri! raccomandatissima location ?
The house is a dream ... beautiful !! Masterfully managed! It is located in the heart of the historic center of the city, but the best thing is that it is located in one of the few areas easily accessible by car where it is also easy to find parking! (... It is priceless !!) everything is close at hand, bars, restaurants and the most beautiful monuments are a few hundred meters away! highly recommended location ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartamento al lado del centro en una calle tranquila. Se puede ir andando a todas partes.
Está decorado con buen gusto y piezas antiguas; la recuperación del espacio es muy interesante y deja a la vista parte de los antiguos muros del edificio.
El apartamento es amplio y muy cómodo, y el dormitorio es el más silencioso en el que he dormido nunca!!! El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y no echas nada en falta.
Y en cuanto al propietario, Giuseppe, es encantador: se desvive por los huéspedes y te manda consejos no sólo de restaurantes y tiendas, sino de paradas intermedias en las rutas, rincones especiales... Merece la pena seguir sus indicaciones!
Es el sitio perfecto para descubrir Catania y la costa este de Sicilia.
Apartment next to the center in a quiet street. You can walk everywhere.
It is tastefully decorated with antique pieces; the recovery of the space is very interesting and exposes part of the old walls of the building.
The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, and the bedroom is the quietest I have ever slept in!!! The apartment is perfectly equipped and you do not miss anything.
And as for the owner, Giuseppe, he is charming: he goes out of his way for his guests and sends you advice not only on restaurants and shops, but also on intermediate stops on the routes, special corners... It is worth following his instructions!
It is the perfect place to discover Catania and the east coast of Sicily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic and super convenient accommodation! We enjoyed a fabulous 3-night stay at la Dimora del Papa and would like to highlight the following:
- The check-in was very smooth and the communication with the owners very agile.
- We were able to park our car every day (we took day trips from Catania) in the same street where the accommodation is, which is free parking.
- The place was extremely spacious and very clean.
- The shower was very good with enough space and water pressure.
- The location is excellent right next to the highlights of Catania and also surrounded by wonderful places to eat.
- The recommendations that the owners gave us were fantastic!
