★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un servizio vergognoso, ho portato il telefono a riperare perché avevo rotto lo schermo, dopo 3 giorni dalla sua riparazione lo schermo ha smesso di funzionare, dopo aver litigato per un po' con il proprietario sul dafarsi hanno deciso (giustamente) di ripararlo gratis. Dopo qualche settimana dalla seconda riparazione lo schermo si è staccato quasi totalmente dal telefono e non mi è rimasto che andare altrove per ripararlo una terza volta.
A shameful service, I brought the phone to riperare because I broke the screen, after 3 days of its repair the screen stopped working, after arguing for a while 'with the owner on dafarsi decided (rightly) to repair it for free. After a few weeks of the second repair the screen came off almost entirely from the phone and I did not stay to go elsewhere to repair it a third time.

In un primo momento ero rimasta dispiaciuta di non trovarlo ma poi sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del ragazzo che mi ha consigliata e risolto un problema non da poco per me. Gentili,professionali e disponibili come sempre .
I went to the shop looking for the owner for advice because he always advised me well. At first I was sorry not to find it but then I was very satisfied with the guy who advised me and solved a problem not just for me. Kind, professional and available as always.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi rivolsi a questo negozio qualche anno fa per un problema con l'antivirus che mi ero scaricata da sola da internet e mi aveva bloccato molte funzionalità invece che proteggermi, mi risolsero il probblema in poco tempo e con una spesa congrua consigliandomi un antivirus che continuo a rinnovare da loro ogni anno perché non mi ha mai più dato problemi. Ho continuato a fornirmi da questo negozio anche per le cartucce originali della mia stampante . Oggi sono nuovamente contenta e soddisfatta dell'assistenza ricevuta dal ragazzo che mi ha assistito. Il mio computer ormai un po datato ma funzionante non stava più carico. Qualche giorno fa l'ho portato e Mi ha fatto dei test per verificare quale fosse il problema e mi ha consigliato la sostituzione del 'alimentatore. Oggi posso dire che il problema è risolto. Molto soddisfatta. Lo Consiglio

I have continued to supply myself from this shop for my original printer cartridges as well. Today I am again happy and satisfied with the assistance received from the boy who assisted me. My computer, now a bit dated but working, was no longer charged. A few days ago I brought it and I did some tests to see what the problem was and advised me to replace the power supply. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo negozio su consiglio di un'amica . Il mio computer ha improvvisamente fatto una schermata nera dalla quale non riuscivo più a uscire. Mi ha preso il panico in quanto avevo una vita di foto e documenti salvati. Ho lasciato il computer a loro in assistenza e dopo qualche giorno me lo hanno riconsegnato nuovamente funzionante e con tutti i miei file e foto salvati. Ho tirato un sospiro di sollievo. Mi è stato spiegato tutto quanto in modo chiaro e comprensibile persino a me che non sono molto tecnologico . Ottimo servizio e con una spesa assolutamente congrua. Grazie Grazie Grazie...... Consigliatissimo !!!!
I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend. My computer suddenly made a black screen from which I could no longer get out. I panicked as I had a lifetime of photos and documents saved. I left the computer to them for assistance and after a few days they returned it to me working again and with all my files and photos saved. I breathed a sigh of relief. Everything was explained to me in a clear and understandable way even to me who am not very technological. Excellent service and with an absolutely reasonable expense. Thanks Thanks Thanks ...... ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo negozio per sapere se il mio pc potesse essere "resuscitato" visto che ultimamente si era rallentato moltissimo. Sono stato servito da un ragazzo molto gentile che dopo aver guardato il mio computer e le sue caratteristiche mi ha spiegato che sostituendo l'hard disk avrei risolto il problema . E così è stato..... l'ho lasciato in riparazione e sostituendo l'hard disk e facendo la pulizia del sistema ed il giorno dopo mi è stato restituito e faticavo a riconoscere che fosse il mio dalla velocità acquisita ,inoltre i miei dati erano presenti come prima. Ottimo rapporto servizio/qualità e prezzo. Bravi tornerò e lo consiglierò sicuramente ad altri.
I turned to this shop to find out if my pc could be "resurrected" as it had slowed down a lot lately. I was served by a very nice guy who after looking at my computer and its features explained to me that by replacing the hard disk I would have solved the problem. And so it was ..... I left it for repair and replacing the hard disk and cleaning the system and the next day it was returned to me and I struggled to recognize that it was mine from the speed acquired, also mine data was present as before. Excellent service / quality and price ratio. Bravi I will be back and I will definitely recommend it to others.
