RISPOSTA: Non trova il mio nome perchè lo strumento vi è stato portato tramite officina. La strumentazione del ktm, sono venuto personalmente a ritirarla, vi siete dimenticati di rimettere bottoni, sono dovuto tornare nuovamente. Bad experience in repairing an instrument. I had to wait more than 3 weeks to be told we don't have the parts to repair it ... REPLY: He does not find my name because the instrument was brought to you via a workshop. The instrumentation of the ktm, I personally came to collect it, you forgot to put the buttons back on, I had to come back again.

J	Julian Nora on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POCO PROFESSIONALI!!!! Ho portato un quadro strumenti dì un Vito 2015 e chiesto il preventivo, mi è stato risposto in 2 giorni sarà pronto. Intanto mi hanno fatto firmare un foglio dove senza dire nulla a voce autorizzavo loro ad addebitarmi il costo della diagnosi. Dopo 5 giorni che io insistevo, finalmente mi hanno sparato un preventivo troppo alto per un lavoro che mi sono rifiutato dì pagare. Dunque, ho ritirato il pezzo non riparato pagando 40 euro per la diagnosi P.S. Ho messo una stella anche perché negli orari d’ufficio al telefono non rispondeva quasi mai nessuno. Per quanto mi riguarda non basta dire c’è un numero whatsapp tramite segreteria telefonica. LITTLE PROFESSIONAL !!!! A volte basta un semplice e sincero "no non facciamo questa assistenza" o altro.. invece senza una risposta.. Più che assenza di professionalità direi di serietà che è la base di una professione.. cosa che ho trovato altrove! A	Andrea D.D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a Digital Automotive Service per la sostituzione del display del quadro contachilometri della mia audi TT prima serie che come tutte soffriva del difetto dei cristalli liquidi rotti, il servizio è stato efficiente, hanno tenuto la mia macchina da martedi a venerdi occupandosi loro sia dello smontaggio che del rimontaggio, offrendo inoltre una garanzia sulla riparazione accompagnata da un prezzo MOLTO concorrenziale per il tipo di lavoro cosi delicato! Oltretutto su roma credo siano gli unici in grado di effettuare questa riparazione, altre aziende " simili" non effettuavano il lavoro...
