★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo approccio con la problematica del cliente e sulle procedure di assistenza delle vetture in Noleggio a Lungo Termine.
Chiamo perché vettura in NLT in garanzia ha un problema elettrico dopo aver già contatto casa madre che mi assicurava che essendo per l'appunto noleggio, saremmo dovuti passare attraverso un centro autorizzato.
Mi risponde una signorina che in maniera ironica e un po' saccente mi liquida asserendo che loro nn prendono in carico vetture di noleggiatori se in garanzia perché tale assistenza nn riguarda le competenze della società di noleggio.......malgrado le mie insistenze su quanto comunicatomi da casa madre.
Fortunatamente altra struttura da me contattata, mi ha fornito cortese riscontro ricoverandomi oggi la vettura con tanto di auto di cortesia, provvedendo dopo prima diagnosi, qualora fosse necessario, a gestire loro l'assistenza con casa madre.
Giudizio pessimo per una struttura che si fregia di esporre i marchi dei maggiori noleggiatori.

I am calling because the car in NLT under warranty has an electrical problem after having already contacted the parent company which assured me that since it was a rental, we would have to go through an authorized center.
I am answered by a young lady who, in an ironic and somewhat know-it-all manner, dismisses me by asserting that they do not take charge of rental cars if under warranty because this assistance does not concern the skills of the rental company ....... despite my insistence on what was communicated to me by the parent company.
Fortunately, another structure I contacted, gave me a kind reply by hospitalizing the car today with a lot of courtesy car, providing after the first diagnosis, if necessary, to manage their assistance with the parent company.
Bad judgment for a structure that prides itself on displaying the brands of the major hirers.

Sostituzione pompa carburante. Rincaro di almeno 70% sul ricambio e addebitato 20 euro di benzina con macchina consegnata in riserva con pieno imbarazzo al momento della consegna.
Imbarazzanti. Se rimanete a piedi in quella zona evitateli come la peste.
2019. I forgot the rece.
Fuel pump replacement. Price increase of at least 70% on the spare part and charged 20 euros for petrol with the car delivered in reserve with full embarrassment upon delivery.
Embarassing. If you stay on foot in that area avoid them like the plague.
