Esperienza decisamente positiva: personale cordiale gentile e puntualissimi nell'esecuzione dell'esame prenotato. Una menzione speciale per la dottoressa che ha eseguito la mia risonanza estremamente gentile e premurosa. I did an MRI of my wrist at this facility. Definitely positive experience: friendly, polite staff and very punctual in the execution of the booked exam. A special mention to the doctor who performed my extremely kind and thoughtful MRI.

Offrono molti servizi e sono molto veloci nelle risposte, mi reco in questi laboratori con tutta la mia famiglia da oltre 15 anni. Il referto é arrivato in metà tempo rispetto a quello che mi era stato detto. Soddisfatto completamente. Devo però fare una precisazione, una delle due segretarie che mi ha servito, non ha risposto al mio saluto. Ed appena ha iniziato a servirmi, le é squillato il telefono e mi ha messo in secondo piano. Personalmente credo sarebbe stato piu gentile finir di servire il cliente (cioé io) e poi rispondere. Ho fatto gli esami urgenti di sabato mattina avevo bisogno del referto entro lunedì mattina, al pomeriggio li ho scaricati e guardati velocemente mi sembrava tutto ok. Al lunedì mi sono accorta che mancava emocromo, pe la mia terapia è indispensabile! Ho rischiato di non poter fare la terapia.....ho chiamato subito e mi hanno detto che non erano riusciti a fare il referto! Chiamo l'ufficio reclami non risponde mai nessuno.... I called immediately and they told me that they had not been able to do the report! I call the complaints office, no one ever answers .... At least let me know that it was not ready!
