Abbiamo fatto un analisi mercoledì specifico che si tratta di un esame con costo elevato (120€) , il dottore ci aveva detto che sarebbero stati pronti per venerdì.. Essendo una cosa delicata é passata mio marito alle 10.40 e la signora alterata le ha detto che I referti si prendevano a partire dalle 11 in poi, ma che in ogni caso li avrebbe mandati tramite email... (cosa inaudita,visto che i risultati li aveva al computer poteva anche stamparli un attimo) mio marito torna a casa aspettiamo fino alle 12.30 ma dell'email nessuna traccia.. Richiamiamo e la signora ci dice che l'email risulta inviata ma sulla mia casella di posta, ricontrallata varie volte e cartella per cartella zero,e per aggiunta la signora ci dice che lei non può inviarli ad un'altra email perché non sa farlo e anche perché il dottore oggi è in ferie ...ma se si occupa di questo, come si fa? Sanno farlo anche i ragazzini!il dottore sta in ferie? Nulla da dire però é stato proprio il dottore a dirci di ripassare venerdì! A fine telefonata la signora ci dice che l'email non è stata mandata. Enorme perdita di tempo e scarsa serietà. Mai vista una cosa del genere Little seriousness. Vi era, inoltre l'avviso che gli orari avrebbero potuto subire variazioni. Ho atteso dalle ore 9,00 fino ad ora e lo studio non è mai stato aperto. Lo segnalo nell''interesse dello stesso Istituto anche perché con me vi erano altre persone venute da fuori ed indignate perché si dichiaravano ingannate dall'avviso su internet I am an old customer.
