They do the blood collection and they don't hurt you and they even have hospital machinery!

Chiedo informazioni e mi viene risposto un "No." secco e hanno riagganciato, senza darmi ulteriori informazioni che avevo intenzione di chiedere. È proprio vero che la gentilezza e l'educazione non si studiano.
After 50 calls (obviously with test screens in hand), at the 51st they finally decide to answer. I ask for information and a "No." dry and hung up, without giving me any further information I was going to ask. It is really true that kindness and education are not studied.
