★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarsa professionalità e prezzi elevati, mi hanno chiesto 70 € per cambiare la resistenza di un forno che poi ho riparato io comprando la resistenza su internet costo 20 € compresa la spedizione e montandola senza difficoltà in 5 minuti. Aggiungo che mi hanno sabotato il forno sostituendo un fusibile funzionante con uno rotto....per fortuna con l' aiuto di un amico ci siamo accorti del sabotaggio.
Poor professionalism and high prices, they asked me € 70 to change the resistance of an oven which I then repaired by buying the resistance on the internet, costing € 20 including shipping and mounting it without difficulty in 5 minutes. I add that they have sabotaged the oven by replacing a working fuse with a broken one .... fortunately with the help of a friend we noticed the sabotage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Riparazione lavastoviglie al limite di garanzia 4 mesi fa.....mi trovo nuovamente a chiamare per lo stesso problema che dovrò ovviamente pagare personalmente nonostante dopo poco tempo il danno riparato ricompare. Primo appuntamento saltato senza essere avvisata telefonicamente....secondo appuntamento, sempre senza orario prefissato, di nuovo nessuna novità del tecnico e da parte del negozio. Suppongo che, considerata la garanzia in scadenza sia stata fatta una riparazione blanda per ritrovarmi a riparare l'elettrodomestico. Noto solo adesso di non essere l'unica ad avere avuto tali problemi.
In risposta al commento del proprietario sottolineo che l'appuntamento è stato preso da 3 settimane e ripreso nella scorsa settimana. Ma per fortuna ci sono altri tecnici ad Alcamo. Saluti
Dishwasher repair at the warranty limit 4 months ago ..... I find myself calling again for the same problem that I will obviously have to pay personally despite the repaired damage reappearing after a short time. First appointment skipped without being notified by phone .... second appointment, always without a fixed time, again no news from the technician and from the shop. I suppose that given the expiring warranty, a mild repair was made to find myself repairing the appliance. I only notice now that I am not the only one who has had such problems.
In response to the owner's comment I would like to point out that the appointment was made for 3 weeks and resumed in the last week. But luckily there are other technicians in Alcamo. Regards
