★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La macelleria è situata dentro il mercato di Via Antonelli nella zona dei parioli compresa tra Piazza Euclide e Piazza Pitagora. Parcheggio utilizzabile gratis nel caso di acquisti. Io utilizzo la macelleria da anni e posso solo dare un ottimo per prima cosa alla qualità della carne ed all'accuratezza delle preparazioni. Poi al servizio. Sempre disponibili. Si può chiedere qualsiasi cosa. Prenotare e servizio a domicilio. Le preparazioni sono ottime. C e' di tutto :) da le preparazioni appetitose tipo: roastbeff, insalata di pollo, involtini di verza, zucchine ripiene, polpette di vari tipi(anche a base di melanzane o limone od arancia) , polpettoni (ottimo in particolare quello al tartufo :), costine di maiale in salsa barbecue, ali di pollo condite, fettine panate di tutti i tipi, vitella tonne' (buonissima) ai tagli classici personalizzati (In ogni caso sufficiente dare uno sguardo alle foto). Raccomando anche la carne rossa in particolare filetto e le famose bistecche 'marmorizzate'. Sempre disponibile anche filetto e prosciutto di maiale (tagli non facilmente trovabili) enjoy!
 The butcher is located inside the market of Via Antonelli in the parioli area between Piazza Euclide and Piazza Pitagora. Parking can be used free of charge in case of purchases. I have been using the butcher's shop for years and I can only give an excellent first of all to the quality of the meat and the accuracy of the preparations. Then to the service. Always available. You can ask for anything. Book and home service. The preparations are excellent. There is everything :) from the appetizing preparations such as: roastbeff, chicken salad, cabbage rolls, stuffed zucchini, meatballs of various types (also based on eggplant or lemon or orange), meatloafs (excellent in particular the truffle :), pork ribs in barbecue sauce, seasoned chicken wings, breaded slices of all kinds, veal tonne '(very good) with classic custom cuts (In any case, just take a look at the photos). I also recommend the red meat in particular fillet and the famous 'marbled' steaks. Pork fillet and ham are also always available (cuts not easily found) enjoy!
