I didn't like it because they waxed me in 5 min and then in the end they even put the cream on my stomach asking me to do it myself ... I mean, I'm not going to the beauty center to be treated in this fast and impersonal way.

Lettino coperto da un panno sporco, totale incompetenza dell'operatrice, che ha affermato di non aver mai fatto un trattamento simile prima di quella volta e ha commesso un errore dietro l'altro. Avrei voluto alzarmi e andare via per l'imbarazzo e il nervoso...mai più!!! Bad experience! I have been there once and never returned! Cot covered with a dirty cloth, total incompetence of the operator, who said she had never done a similar treatment before that time and made a mistake after another. I wanted to get up and walk away with embarrassment and nervous ... never again !!!

Ho comprato un pacchetto da 3 massaggi, ho chiamato almeno 4 volte per prendere appuntamento perchè la titolare, apparentemente l'unica che prende gli appuntamenti per Groupon, era sempre assente. Il giorno dell'appuntamento mi viene spiegato che la titolare presta una stanza del suo centro estetico ad un tipo che fa massaggi e non è la struttura in se ad offrire il servizio. Innervosita faccio il massaggio ( niente di che) e dico che avrei richiamato per i prossimi appuntamenti dato che non avevo con me l'agenda. Richiamo.. mi risponde qualcuno del centro dicendo che la titolare è assente perche' in vacanza e che avrei dovuto chiamare 15 giorni dopo! Da quella volta in poi ho continuato a chiamare e NESSUNA RISPOSTA. Ovviamente si sono tenuti i soldi del mio Groupon! TERRIBILE, TOTALMENTE SCONSIGLIATO. NON PROFESSIONALI. HORRIBLE experience through Groupon. I bought a package of 3 massages, I called at least 4 times to make an appointment because the owner, apparently the only one taking appointments for Groupon, was always absent. On the day of the appointment I am told that the owner lends a room in her beauty center to a guy who does massages and it is not the structure itself that offers the service. Nervous I do the massage (nothing of that) and I say that I would have called for the next appointments since I didn't have the agenda with me. Recall .. someone from the center answers me saying that the owner is absent because on vacation and that I should have called 15 days later! From that time on I kept calling and NO ANSWER. Obviously my Groupon's money was kept! TERRIBLE, TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED. NON-PROFESSIONAL.
