I know a lot of butchers but like the butcher shop in Via Trieste I've never met them, the photos speak for themselves but they deserve the walk !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolissima bottega, che è da paragonare ad uno scrigno di gioielli. Tagli pregiati di carne fanno capolino dalla vetrina invitandoti a mangiarli. Selezioni di salumi di qualità, una interessante selezione di bottiglie di vino. Vale la pena fermarsi cinque minuti e soddisfare qualche voglia.
Very small shop, which is to be compared to a jewel casket. Fine cuts of meat peek out of the window inviting you to eat them. Selections of quality cold cuts, an interesting selection of bottles of wine. It is worth stopping for five minutes and satisfying some cravings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima macelleria con carni scelte e soluzioni per ogni esigenza. Il signor Fascioni è molto gentile e disponibile e si può telefonare per fare ordini. I prezzi però sono decisamente fuori misura e attribuiti senza molta coerenza, qualsiasi polpettone ad esempio costa 18,90€/kg indipendentemente dalla materia prima, quindi un banale polpettone magro di pollo e vitella costa quanto uno con speck del Tirolo e grana o con cinta Senese, il che non ha molto senso. Ma, a onor del vero, è tutto davvero molto buono, sarebbe bello poterci andare più spesso.
Excellent butcher with selected meats and solutions for every need. Mr. Fascioni is very kind and helpful and can be called to place orders. The prices, however, are definitely oversized and attributed without much consistency, any meatloaf for example costs € 18.90 / kg regardless of the raw material, so a banal lean meatloaf of chicken and veal costs as much as one with Tyrolean speck and parmesan or with belt Sienese, which doesn't make much sense. But, to be fair, it's all really good, it would be nice to be able to go there more often.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place sell fresh and delicious food! During my travels in Italy, one of the best food I ate was the polpette di nonna from this shop. If you are a food lover, I suggest you give it a try. It is much better than going to the restaurant. The shopkeeper was very nice to me even though I don't speak Italian.
