★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non conoscono la professionalità e neanche i prodotti. Ho ordinato telefonicamente alla titolare Marzia un fluido in bustine concentrato all ananas di Erbanea. Quando mi sono recata al negozio voleva rifilarmi una tisana dicendo che il fluido in bustine è fuori produzione. Non è assolutamente vero : è regolarmente venduto on line e presso tutte le erboristerie rivenditrici del marchio Erbamea.
Il negozio ricorda un suk e chi lo gestisce è approssimativo e non competente oltre che pochissimo cortese.
Non ho fatto fatica trovare il prodotto presso un'altra erboristeria di zona dove sono stati gentilissimi e dalla quale senz'altro tornerò.
They don't know the professionalism or the products. I ordered by phone from the owner Marzia a fluid in sachets concentrated with Erbanea pineapple. When I went to the store she wanted to give me a herbal tea saying that the fluid in sachets is out of production. This is absolutely not true: it is regularly sold online and at all the herbalists selling the Erbamea brand.
The shop resembles a souk and whoever manages it is approximate and not competent as well as very polite.
I had no trouble finding the product at another local herbalist where they were very kind and from which I will definitely return.
