Un paio di notti passate in questa bella struttura. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile. La piscina offre un bel relax, internet ok, aria condizionata in camera, animali e giochi permettono anche ai bambini di divertirsi. Parcheggio interno. Ristorante per la cena molto buono. Una vacanza davvero di un altro livello rispetto al prezzo ragionevolissimo che abbiamo pagato! Lo consiglio senza dubbio, soprattutto a famiglie

Sehr gepflegt, guter Standort für Ausflüge. Schwachpunkt ist das Restaurant, ein festes Menü, bei 25€ kommt der Wareneinsatz zu kurz. Keine Weinkarte, keine Stoffservietten. Frühstück im Haupthaus ist sehr gut.

Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di mia mamma...è stata una esperienza meravigliosa anche grazie alla professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Tutto impeccabile. Buona la qualità del cibo . Particolare la presentazione di alcune portate. Consigliato!

Good food, nice place

Good scenery. No wifi in rooms.

We did not stay in this hotel, but we toured the olive groves, tasted wine, olives and olive pates, and dined for lunch in their large dining room. It was an excellent experience and we regret we did not have more room for all of the wonderful foods offered to us for lunch. And we regret we did not buy more of their delicious olive oil and pasta products, because everything they produce is such special high quality.

The experience was not the best not due to the facility but due to the service and people working there. The staff was not friendly and not too helpful. First of all after long day of biking we wanted to go to the pool but in order to do that we had to buy swimming caps (3eur) which is understandable as they do not want to clean the pool from the hair but when we swam there - the pool was full of bugs, insects and leaves… Also the cap policy did not apply for Every guest as for us it was highlighted that we HAVE to have it but other guests were swimming without it. In the evening, at the restaurant we had a tasting menu where the restaurant said it will be added to our room price. We were 11 people and 1 was gluten free who ate 2 dishes out of 4 and did not drink any alcohol, but she still had to pay the full price as the restaurant did not calculate separately for each person but just devided the full amount equally for all 11 people… Also we were not able to choose any dishes. Breakfast: The guy who was taking care of breakfast informed our group of 11 people to come at the specific time. During the time even though it was only our group we were enforced to wear face masks all the time, which is totally fine, but the manners and the way he told us to follow this rule was not appropriate. He was watching us all the time if everyone is following the rules and staying all the time super close to the breakfast table, so everytime we went to take some breakfast he was definitely not 2 meters from us but much closer! Not only he was not following that regulation but staying and staring at us which made us feel very uncomfortable. We had just 30 minutes to eat and leave, which did not make the experience too pleasant. Coffee orders were constantly mixed up and the atmosphere was really not the best. We bought some olive oil from the facility. Which spilled after 20km of traveling with the car! So the box where the olive oil was stored at was definitely bad quality. We asked if it would be possible to see how the olive oil is prepared but the staff said it was definitely not possible, which was a bit disappointing as they were marketed as the place where the great olive oil is made at and for us it would be just enough for 5 minutes to hear the story but they were not flexible at all. All in all be prepared for this, otherwise the facility is not bad.

The venue and location was very nice, unfortunately the staff is not really customer oriented as it's visible that their main business is olive farming and production that comes with it. At times it felt like we were bothering them with our presence rather than anything else, highlighted by the need of water caps used in the pool because "people leave hair there and we need to clean it afterwards". We were looking forward to see something connected to the olive production but unfortunately all we could look at was video at the main hall since the staff told us they can't tell us anything. For allegedly 4 star hotel very disappointing since service and the people work there make up the majority of the experience, as we saw in the hotels we visited at Sicily earlier, which were lower than 4 star rating but still way better.
