A differenza delle precedenti esperienze ultratrentennali, qui, però, non mi è riuscito di avere un rapporto diretto col capofficina, di cui non ricordo né il nome e né le fattezze. Per me è importante, sarebbe come avere a che fare col pediatra dei figli: un rapporto diretto e fiduciario, cui affidare la propria "piccola", cui rivolgere domande, chiedere consigli e chiarimenti. Riguardo ai costi, possono essere più alti che altrove, ma con un numero di servizi ed una qualità dell'assistenza di alta fascia, da BMW. Beautiful and elegant showroom.
