Dopo essere uscito al casello di Cattolica/San Giovanni in Marignano abbastanza preoccupato, ho cercato su internet un' Officina disponibile il più vicino possibile al casello, trovando FRANCA E STACCOLI. Una volta arrivato sono stato immediatamente accolto dal Responsabile, Stefano, il quale, insieme al suo Staff, dopo aver trovato il problema, sono riusciti a sistemare l'auto in tempi record. Officina consigliatissima, personale molto gentile, disponibile e soprattutto competente. Prezzi molto competitivi. Sicuramente la consiglierò a parenti ed amici! TOP!
 I found myself on the freeway with the engine temperature warning light on. After exiting the Cattolica / San Giovanni in Marignano tollbooth quite worried, I searched the internet for an available workshop as close as possible to the tollbooth, finding FRANCA E STACCOLI. Once I arrived I was immediately greeted by the Manager, Stefano, who, together with his Staff, after finding the problem, managed to fix the car in record time. Highly recommended workshop, very kind, helpful and above all competent staff. Very competitive prices. I will definitely recommend it to relatives and friends! TOP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno, ho visto solo ora che potevo lasciare un Feedback per l'Officina Franca & Staccoli di San Giovanni in Marignano, altrimenti l'avrei fatto prima. Ci tengo moltissimo a far conoscere la mia esperienza con lo Staff di questa Officina in particolare con il Signor Stefano che, nei miei confronti, si è comportato da vero professionista e con una gentilezza e cortesia non comune. Nei primi mesi di quest'anno, 2021, ho avuto alcuni problemi con la mia autovettura Golf Plus che era coperta da Garanzia/Assicurazione aggiuntiva fatta al momento dell'acquisto del veicolo e tra varie officine con cui lavorano era presente quella di Franca & Staccoli, che sinceramente fino a quel momento non conoscevo, ma che mi ha dato fiducia fin da subito, sarà stata l'accoglienza, la pulizia e l'ordine presente in officina (veramente non comune) o la professionalità che si percepiva anche solo da come venivano spiegate le cose, fatto sta che ho deciso di affidarmi a loro per risolvere il mio problema anzi, ad essere sinceri, i problemi erano più di uno e devo dire di aver fatto proprio bene. Nel giro di poco hanno individuato e risolto i problemi della mia autovettura, confermando quello che già avevo percepito di loro e cioè che si tratta di un team veramente preparato, che riesce ad essere risolutivo nel proprio mestiere lasciando il cliente pienamente soddisfatto senza tralasciare comunque la loro gentilezza e cortesia, che non è facile da trovare, quindi mi sento di consigliare a tutti l'Officina Franca & Staccoli, sicuramente in caso ne avessi ancora bisogno non esiterei a tornare da loro. Ringrazio ancora tutto lo Staff

Hello, I only saw now that I could leave a Feedback for the Franca & Staccoli Workshop in San Giovanni in Marignano, otherwise I would have done it before. I really want to make known my experience with the staff of this workshop in particular with Mr. Stefano who, towards me, behaved like a true professional and with an uncommon kindness and courtesy. In the first months of this year, 2021, I had some problems with my Golf Plus car which was covered by an additional Warranty / Insurance made at the time of purchase of the vehicle and among the various workshops they work with, that of Franca & Staccoli was present. , which I honestly did not know up to that moment, but which gave me confidence right away, it must have been the welcome, cleanliness and order present in the workshop (really uncommon) or the professionalism that was perceived even only by how things were explained, the fact is that I decided to rely on them to solve my problem indeed, to be honest, the problems were more than one and I must say that I did really well. In a short time they identified and solved the problems of my car, confirming what I had already perceived of them and that is that it is a truly prepared team, which manages to be decisive in its job, leaving the customer fully satisfied without neglecting the their kindness and courtesy, which is not easy to find, so I would recommend Officina Franca & Staccoli to everyone, surely if I still need it I would not hesitate to return to them. Thanks again to all the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avendo forato una gomma ci siamo recati in officina e dopo averci accolto calorosamente, ci hanno proposto una riparazione efficace e sicura, che ha portato gli espertissimi meccanici ad accorgersi che il chiodo aveva lacerato la spalla della gomma.
Non potendo effettuare riparazioni ci hanno regalato una gomma usata e effettuato il reset dei sensori della pressione degli pneumatici.
GRATIS!!!

Unable to carry out repairs, they gave us a used tire and reset the tire pressure sensors.

Stefano e Davide sono una garanzia.
Appena si entra nella loro officina si capisce con che gente si ha a che fare.
Ordine e pulizia maniacali.
Tutti i loro dipendenti gentilissimi ed educati.
Da anni mi servo da loro e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, qualità prezzo insuberabile.
Io gestisco un hotel a Cattolica e ieri ho portato una macchina di un mio cliente, una Discovery Land Rover, sulla quale a giugno avevano già messo le mani, dicendo al cliente che probabilmente la perdita poteva ripresentarsi a breve.
Lunedi il cliente che era stato a giugno è tornato e mia ha detto che notava qualche goccia nel suo garage.
Li ho chiamati, hanno ritirato la macchina personalmente, in 2 giorni me l'hanno riportata in hotel, e sorpresa finale quando ho chiesto il conto mi hanno detto che era iln garanzia con il lavoro fatto precedentemente, facendomi fare una ottima figura con il cliente di Trento.

I manage a hotel in Cattolica and yesterday I brought a car belonging to a client of mine, a Discovery Land Rover, on which they had already got their hands in June, telling the client that the loss could probably recur soon.
Monday the customer who had been in June came back and my said he noticed a few drops in his garage.
I called them, they picked up the car personally, in 2 days they brought it back to the hotel, and final surprise when I asked for the bill they told me that it was the guarantee with the work done previously, making me make a good impression with the customer of Trento.
