Ho trovato uno staff gentilissimo, disponibile e preparatissimo oltre alla correttezza e serietà.
Ringrazio ancora Derek, colui che mi ha seguito durante le operazioni pre e post vendita che data la distanza mi ha supportato e sopportato in maniera eccellente.
È stata un esperienza assolutamente positiva e questo posto merita sicuramente il massimo dei voti.
I traveled more than 400km to buy my new ST Line fiesta at the Mazzoli dealer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo un problema al motore della mia Ford Ecosport che si protraeva da diversi giorni. Non avendo trovato nessuno che potesse risolverlo in tempi brevi , ho provato a chiamare Mazzoli. Contattati al mattino mi invitano ad andare nel pomeriggio per una diagnosi. Alle 18:00 la diagnosi rileva una rottura del tubo intercooler. Alle 18:45 mi restituiscono l'auto aggiustata col tubo nuovo. Non ho mai avuto un servizio così efficente, rapido e soddisfacente. Mattia ed il suo staffi sono stati semplicemente eccezionali. Per quanto mi riguarda mi hanno sicuramente acquisito come nuovo cliente. Grazie
I had an engine problem in my Ford Ecosport that had been going on for several days. Not having found anyone who could solve it quickly, I tried to call Mazzoli. Contacted in the morning they invite me to go in the afternoon for a diagnosis. At 18:00 the diagnosis detects a break in the intercooler hose. At 6:45 pm they return the repaired car to me with the new pipe. I have never experienced such efficient, fast and satisfying service. Mattia and his staff were simply exceptional. As far as I'm concerned they have certainly acquired me as a new customer. Thanks
