★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ho riscontrato scarsa competenza ; fosse stato per loro, nell'ultimo anno avrei dovuto sostituire la caldaia e rifare nuovamente la predisposizione per l'impianto di climatizzazione.
Invece dopo aver speso tempo e soldi con loro, ho risolto per conto mio chiamando professionisti più preparati.
Ovviamente arda per il disturbo si fa pagare sia la chiamata che l'intervento; sono più ragionieri che idraulici e lo si vede subito perché hanno il loro strumentino per fare le fatture sul posto.
Personalmente sono più per l'idraulico vecchia scuola, che oltre alla semplice manutenzione è anche in grado di riparare le cose! Che per fornirti assistenza viene più di una volta e non sta a guardare tutte le volte il costo di chiamata, ed invece del "fatturimetro" usa ancora chiave e cacciavite!
Per carità arda è puntuale e veloce non si discute , ma possono farlo perché sono in molti, per l'azienda il tempo è denaro, e più appuntamenti si incastrano e più si guadagna!
E chi se ne frega se le cose si potevano riparare, loro macinano di più così!!
Per concludere, se dovete fare una pulizia periodica alla caldaia o una ricarica al clima scarico sono sufficienti , ma se dovete risolvere qualcosa che va oltre, meglio lasciar perdere, non hanno la competenza necessaria.

Personally I'm more for the old school plumber, who besides simple maintenance is also capable of fixing things! Who comes more than once to provide you with assistance and does not look at the call cost all the time, and instead of the "bill meter" he still uses a wrench and screwdriver!
For heaven's sake, arda is punctual and fast, we don't argue, but they can do it because there are many, for the company time is money, and the more appointments you fit together, the more you earn!
And who cares if things could be repaired, they grind more like this !!
In conclusion, if you need to do a periodic cleaning of the boiler or a recharge to the exhaust climate, they are sufficient, but if you have to solve something that goes further, it is better to forget it, they do not have the necessary competence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato E 155 per sostituzione vari pezzi il problema che avevo alla caldaia si è ripresentato poche ore dopo che il tecnico era andato. Mi hanno lasciato 2 interi giorni al freddo e senza acqua calda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 interventi in 4 giorni, 4 pezzi cambiati e 260€ spesi, la caldaia ha completamente smesso di funzionare, nonostante prima andasse ad intermittenza. Ci hanno lasciato al freddo dicendo di non poter venire il 5º giorno. Dando la colpa all caldaia nuova sono riusciti solo a guadagnare e a peggiorare la situazione.
After 4 interventions in 4 days, 4 pieces changed and 260 € spent, the boiler has completely stopped working, despite the fact that it went intermittently before. They left us in the cold saying they couldn't come on the 5th day. By blaming the new boiler, they only managed to make money and worsen the situation.
