★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non fatevi ingannare dalla risposta che trovate di sotto alla mia recensione in quanto Trattasi di una risposta successiva a una mia prima pessima recensione che avevo modificato in quanto ricevetti contatto da loro. Mi hanno solo preso in giro sulla possibile risoluzione del caso preoccupati della mia recensione.
Ad oggi sono passati tre mesi e mi ritrovo con una pompa di calore inutilizzabile in quanto ha perso tutto il gas e nessuno è mai venuto a risolvere la questione. Aggiungo che la pompa di calore va a sostituire una montata precedentemente che funzionava benissimo e ora mi ritrovo senza riscaldamento/ aria condizionata.
Il secondo problema è legato all'impianto fotovoltaico che è stato installato sulla mia terrazza e dovrebbe avere una resa di 4 kilowatt e mezzo ma effettivamente rende massimo 3kw in quanto nessuno ha studiato Come installare i pannelli tenendo conto di due canne fumarie e delle varie dimensioni disponibili. Avendo messo i pannelli in serie l'ombra delle due canne fumarie inficia sulla produzione dell'intera fila e oltretutto la prima fila di pannelli da ombra alla seconda fila in quanto troppo ravvicinate.
Da Tenere presente che ho ancora terrazza libera, sono solo stati installati male i pannelli! Oltretutto non mi è stato proposto un accumulo per cui vado a sprecare corrente prodotta e non ne ho durante la fascia notturna a disposizione.
Prossimo passo lettera da avvocato dato che non rispondono a chiamate, messaggi, mail e pec. Vergogna.
Don't be fooled by the answer you find below to my review as this is a subsequent response to my first bad review that I had edited since I received contact from them. They just made fun of me about the possible resolution of the case worried about my review.
To date, three months have passed and I find myself with an unusable heat pump as it has lost all gas and no one has ever come to solve the matter. I add that the heat pump replaces a previously mounted one that worked very well and now I find myself without heating / air conditioning.
The second problem is related to the photovoltaic system that was installed on my terrace and should have a yield of 4 and a half kilowatts but actually makes a maximum of 3kw as no one has studied How to install the panels taking into account two flues and the various sizes available. Having placed the panels in series, the shadow of the two flues affects the production of the entire row and moreover the first row of shadow panels to the second row as they are too close together.
To keep in mind that I still have a free terrace, only the panels have been installed incorrectly! Moreover, I have not been offered an accumulation for which I am going to waste electricity produced and I do not have any available during the night.
Next step is a letter from a lawyer since they do not answer calls, messages, emails and pecs. Shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LASCIATE PERDERE QUESTA DITTA PERCHÉ DAL MOMENTO CHE AVRETE BISOGNO DI ASSISTENZA SPARISCONO E VI LASCIANO NELLA M...... tutti bravi a parole ma poco in fatti e io ho fatto diversi lavori con loro dal solare termico al fotovoltaico chiller e pompe di calore, tutti bei lavori importanti ma ho problemi con il chiller da quando l hanno messo, e ancora oggi è così (2 anni )
Nessuno risponde dai responsabili all agente con il quale ho fatto le pratiche, e posso allegare screen di chiamate e messaggi senza risposta... Cercate altrove gente più seria io ancora oggi ho problemi non risolti per loro!!
LET THIS COMPANY LOSE BECAUSE FROM THE MOMENT YOU NEED ASSISTANCE THEY DISAPPEAR AND LEAVE YOU IN THE M ... all good in words but little in fact and I have done several jobs with them from solar thermal to photovoltaic chillers and heat pumps , all good important works but I have problems with the chiller since they put it in, and it still is today (2 years)
No one answers from the managers to the agent with whom I did the paperwork, and I can attach screenshots of unanswered calls and messages ... Look elsewhere for more serious people I still have unsolved problems for them!
