★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio figlio è stato in gita ieri ed è tornato entusiasta. Nel prezzo 23 euro erano compresi anche i laboratori quindi credo che chi si è lamentato del cibo è stato ingiusto. Comunque i ragazzi vanno in gita per divertirsi e no per valutare il cibo. La struttura e le persone che vi lavorano sono molto accoglienti
 My son went on a trip yesterday and came back enthusiastic. The price 23 euros also included the workshops so I think those who complained about the food were unfair. However, the kids go on trips to have fun and not to evaluate the food. The structure and the people who work there are very welcoming

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il luogo molto bello immerso nella natura. il servizio si lascia a desiderare come il cibo perché le porzioni erano molto ridotte e cibo scadente. le stanze belle, ma in alcuni punti con polvere. in tre giorni le lenzuola non sono state cambiate e la stanza nn pulita
the very beautiful place surrounded by nature. the service leaves something to be desired as is the food as the portions were very small and the food poor. the rooms beautiful, but in some places with dust. in three days the sheets were not changed and the room was not cleaned

Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene antipasto ricco e vario, due primi tra cui le busiate con ragù di salsiccia... eccezionali!!!
Secondi, frutta e dolci ottimi.
Si apprezza molto il servizio gentile e disponibile. Tutto molto pulito e curato sia gli interni che gli esterni.
Lo consiglio molto e ci tornerò nuovamente.

Clean and nice farmhouse.
We ate really well, rich and varied appetizer, two first courses including busiate with sausage ragù ... exceptional !!!
Seconds, fruit and excellent desserts.
The kind and helpful service is highly appreciated. All very clean and cared for both the interiors and the exteriors.
I highly recommend it and will stay there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped into Castelvetrano to find some olive oil and we found Carbona. It was a holiday and they were open for a coursed meal at lunch so we signed up. Enjoyed a walk in the olive grove and waited on the patio for lunch to start. They brought us appetizers and wine which were great to have while we waited. Lunch was busy and slightly rushed through the courses, but everything was well prepared and the portions were ample. Overall a really good experience. On the way out we picked up some of their awesome olive oil, olives, orange marmalade, and homemade pasta. A happy coincidence to find them on the road, we would like to return!
