★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scosigliatissimo, pollo freddo e servizio pessimo, la signorina che risponde al telefono ha un fuso orario diverso da quello della città, consegna avvenuta con piu di un ora dall'ora richiesta della consegna, ordine fatto di pomeriggio attraverso l'app Just eat. Assolutamente da evitare.

I became a fixed customer both as regards the pizzeria and for the chicken. Prices are very low, the quality of the ingredients is good. The very digestible pizza. I recommend to all this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Continuerò a fare recensioni a questo posto finché non si svegliano. Noi in famiglia amiamo il loro cibo, e questo sia chiaro.
Ma è IMPOSSIBILE avere a che fare con il servizio e ricevere un ordine con meno di 45 minuti di ritardo. Aldilà del fatto che non rispondono loro stessi a JustEat (per paura evidentemente di prendersi la strigliata), ai clienti quantomeno rispondono. E sono estremamente cordiali, non posso negarlo.
Ma ogni volta ce n'è una: una volta i rider, una volta un problema con Justeat, una volta il pollo è appena uscito (ma poi le cose arrivano fredde). C'è SEMPRE un problema. Loro se ne fregano perché comunque la qualità è indiscutibile e quindi avranno sempre ordini, ma a me non va giù il modo in cui trattano i clienti e quindi non riesco a stare zitto.
Per altro ti invitano a mettere tra le note il tuo nome in modo da "far passare prima i clienti abituali": questo mi fa capire che anche in 20 e più ordini fatti in questo posto sono evidentemente stato "sorpassato" da altri. Il fatto che mi sia stato suggerito di entrare in questa coda prioritaria non giustifica il ritardo ABISSALE che si ottiene ad ogni ordine. Non è rispettoso per i clienti.
Detto questo, se volete mangiare bene, vi consiglio di ordinare da Di Giovanni, pollo e pizza sono sempre i migliori. Se volete mangiare in orario, SCAPPATE.
I will keep doing reviews for this place until they wake up. We in the family love their food, and that's clear.
But it is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with the service and receive an order less than 45 minutes late. Beyond the fact that they do not respond to JustEat themselves (evidently for fear of taking the grooming), at least they respond to customers. And they are extremely friendly, I can't deny it.
But every time there is one: once the riders, once a problem with Justeat, once the chicken just came out (but then things come cold). There is ALWAYS a problem. They don't care because the quality is indisputable anyway and therefore they will always have orders, but I don't like the way they treat customers and so I can't shut up.
On the other hand, they invite you to put your name in your notes so as to "let the regulars pass first": this makes me understand that even in 20 and more orders placed in this place I have evidently been "overtaken" by others. The fact that I have been suggested to join this priority queue does not justify the ABYSSAL delay that you get with every order. It is not respectful to customers.
That said, if you want to eat well, I recommend you to order from Di Giovanni, chicken and pizza are always the best. If you want to eat on time, ESCAPE.

Al sabato la situazione è quasi delirante, con i pizzaioli che non preparano pizze ma lanciano gli ingredienti a caso con fretta e pochissima attenzione. Al sabato il casino è massimo con tanti ordini dei vari rider e l'unico scopo è evadere più ordini possibili, lasciando le pizze crude e scondite pur avendola ritirata in sede e averla chiesta ben cotta.
