A quanto pare non sono graditi privati cittadini,magari anziani , magari con difficoltà motorie, magari ........ Mi hanno lasciato un primo avviso il gg. 21 C.m. Alle h. 9.35; non ero a casa in quanto stavo assistendo mio marito dopo un intervento . Al mio rientro a casa con taxi, ho trovato la sorpresa di dhl, i quali mi avvertivano che il mio pacco giaceva ad una sconosciuta edicola del mio comune. Non hanno neppure tentato un secondo tentativo di consegna come capita sempre con spedizionieri seri, ma se ne sono proprio fregati "arrangiati da sola!", Mi hanno fatto capire. Ma io che faccio prendo il taxi per ritirare il pacco non so dove? Non ho trovato un numero telefonico da poter contattare per concordare una nuova consegna e mi metterò in attesa di qualche anima gentile che mi possa aiutare. Questa volta é andata ottimamente, perché un pacchettino spedito dalla California, mi è arrivato in 3 giorni. Ottimo. Ma quando mi sono servito di loro per spedire un oggetto importante a Imperia, pagando oltretutto un sacco di soldi, hanno sbagliato e me lo hanno mandato a La Spezia. Una settimana per percorrere meno di 200 chilometri... FedEx, not DHL. They are located next to each other. I used FedEx twice, once to receive, and the other to send. I had just started a new job and the computer was imperative to close out a major contract We went Directly to DHL at Pisa Airport and the service and attitude was amazing the team of Lorenzo Licitra, Giulia Mazzoni, Micuela Negelo Alpini and Giovanni Punnomotu were so professional and in less than one hour had assisted and corrected all the customs issues. they made many calls and went to great lengths to assist. I have been in international Logistics for 30 years and this team is the best that I have encountered. their professional attitude and competence was outstanding. everything was done with a smile and a helpful attitude.
