★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno recapitato un pacco, che in partenza era di 20kg, di soli 10kg ovviamente al suo interno mancavano tutti gli oggetti che vi erano alla partenza e ovviamente loro non ne sanno nulla e ancora ovviamente ho dovuto presentare denuncia presso gli organi competenti.
